By chance I came to this store searching for a lifetime gift for my daughter's 18th birthday and High School graduation. Linda listened to me describe my daughter's tastes and showed me a variety of necklaces-but the one from Tiffany's was exactly what would thrill my stylish daughter! Linda worked with me to get a fair price and told me where in the MOA I could have the heart pendant engraved that day! My daughter was thrilled to tears and hasn't taken off the necklace in 3 months since graduation! It is truly the gift of a lifetime. Thank you Linda!

My anniversary plans for my wife and I were postponed. The plans were her gift and once they were postponed I didn't have a gift for the day of.big mistake! That morning I was snoozing and dreamt of Heritage Estate Jewelry. My wife loves heritage and heirloom products and frequents the store when at the MOA. I shot out of bed and ran down knowing that my subconscious may have just saved my bacon.

I walked in and started looking for something I know she would love. I looked through a case or two when I was offered assistance. I explained my silly situation her tastes and even the part about dreaming of the store as I continued to browse. The gentleman suggested that I look in the case behind me. I spun around, and perused the shelves one by one until. there it was!

A Super Bowl sized ring with a huge crystal centerpiece adorned with enamel floral patterns. The Belle Etoile- Enchanted Garden Rose Ring, I knew immediately that she would love it! Heritage Estate Jewelry is not your typical jewelry store and for my lady who isn't a diamonds and pearls kinda girl, Heritage Estate Jewelry offers unique pieces beyond the bling. The workers are super sweet and let me try on many rings. They also have a lot of unique pieces and styles.

The owner is a natural conversationalist, well informed, and patient. His selection is well maintained and in house craftsmanship means you'll find truly one of a kind things here. Next time I'm around ill be sure to get his name.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Heritage Estate Jewelry in the Mall of America. Very classy store that is laid out well with sensible prices. Our sales lady Linda was fantastic and took the time to connect with us and make us feel welcome. All the products are authentic and in great condition. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend it to any lovers of luxury.

2nd time we have been to this jewelry store. We went for opal replacement and then for repair/sizing. Great staff and they do great work at a good fair price.

The shop is extremely well organized, and a pleasure to browse. There is tremendous variety in the jewelry available. My wife and I usually look for jewelry at the American Craft Council show because everything is unique - and shopping here gives a similar feeling, but it's available more than one weekend a year! Linda assisted us when we picked out a necklace and was very helpful. I look forward to stopping in again!

A rare Gem! Linda and David have always been exceptional, however, it was the impromptu courthouse ceremony of my daughter and her fiance, where their level of service overwhelmed us all. David hand-delivered a ring to our Groom in our home to ensure that we had it in time to get downtown through a snowstorm for the appointed time. I never make a trip to MOA without a stop to see what's new in this incredible jewelry store. It shouldn't be missed!

We didn't know about this store, but decided to check it out as we are estate jewelry fans. We were very pleasantly surprised. They even had some rarer loose stones in addition to the estate pieces. I have to admit that the fact that the owners were former Scharazade staff was a big plus and explained a lot about what we saw there. And, it meant they knew what they're doing. We found a lovely rope necklace for a great price.

David Hime was awesome the other day when I purchased my ring. He was very knowledgeable with the rings he showed me.and was absolutely patient. I felt no pressure at all. I am so happy with my purchase! By the way, this is my fourth ring from Heritage Estate Jewelry.thank you David!

We walk in here almost every time we visit the mall. Their staff is so wonderful, and the prices are fantastic. We were so pleased to get this unique ring this evening!

The sales people were awesome! Helpful! Plus patient. No pressure. Just genuine interest in helping us have a better day. They knew I was willing to spend more but steered us to less expensive selections to give us the style we were shopping for.

I cannot say enough good things about Heritage Estate Jewelry and the whole team (Linda specifically). I came in here just to look at wedding bands after we were completely ignored by a competitor of theirs. Linda was so helpful in letting me try on whatever and she even cleaned my ring that was not purchased there. I ended up coming back the following day to purchase the band I had looked at.

The young man working both visits was wonderful as well but I didn't catch his name. I will honestly check here first when I'm in the market for a nice piece from here on out.

Very good deals here and excellent service. Vintage goods, consignment, jewelry, and more. Lots of Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Chanel and items added weekly or sooner. Definitely worth checking out.

A true professional, she worked with our budget, showed us many options, was honest when we asked her questions, and provided service above what we expected. It was a joy working with her. She was very kind, made the shopping experience fun, and made it feel like we were picking out rings with a friend. This place is really neat - a true gem that you need to explore!

Every time I have been in this location I have been greeted kindly and offered immediate assistance without any pushiness. I was there July 19 and 20th, and the staff was wonderful. They took the time to help me find options within my budget, and also did a little show and tell with some very impressive gems! They took their time with us and did not rush us, even though my budget was not huge. I will be back hopefully someday I will have a little bit more of a budget! They have a lot of classic pieces with a vintage vibe.

I absolutely loved my experience. The people who work here are so kind and knowledgeable- they really make it fun, and as someone who isn't well versed in the jewelry realm I learned a lot! The pieces are so beautiful and unique, and the variety is quite impressive. I really can't say enough great things!
