Metro Plumbing came in and removed our two water heaters with an inline water heater. They were on time each day and did a great job. Personable, professional and efficient. There was an issue with the new unit and they stayed behind and even came back the next day to troubleshoot it and get it working. Excellent company and will always call them back for any plumbing needs I have.

We moved to Texas recently and had to find a new reliable plumber. Unfortunately for us, we've had several plumbing issues to deal with, but Metro Plumbing made it so much easier on us. I needed a natural gas line extended, a gas jet installed in my den and a natural gas "fireplace" heater set up there. After being stood up and/or ghosted by several other local plumbers and plumbing companies, I called Metro. Wish I'd called them first! Within 24 hours, Clint was there giving me an estimate. He came promised I'd have someone there for a service call two days later.
Sure enough, right on time, Dillon came by and hooked up my heater. Both men were extremely polite and professional. I was even more amazed that my bill came in under the estimate, and was just a fraction of what another plumbing company was going to charge. Dillon said Metro doesn't charge commissions (said that's what runs people's bills up so high) and I was charged only for the time he spent and for the parts he needed.
He knew what he was doing, explained how it worked, and made sure I knew how to operate my new gas heater. Now, even if the electricity goes out, I will have heat in my home. Metro Plumbing is my new go-to place for plumbing! Thanks, guys!
