Thanks to Parrish for being so kind and informative during our conversation over the phone. I was so relived after talking with her. I felt like family I was able to get same day service, Parrish contacted me to let me know when the technician would arrive. Frankie was on time and very helpful. I even asked to get some pipes replaced. He had to go purchase a part he didn't on his truck.
I'm so pleased with their work and the fair rates! Did I mention I called on Saturday after my first guy ghosted me! AAA Plumbing worked me into their busy schedule. I'm so thankful!

Had a broken shower faucet leaving my water running constantly until it got fixed so I had to turn the water off to my home. Brett and Ian were out to my home faster than any service I've had in the past and got right to work. They had my shower fixed and explained each issue and what I can do to fix it in the future. Awesome service, great staff, and quality work. Thanks guys!

April 21, 2022 Issue - Garbage Disposal Leaking - I contacted AAA City Plumbing for assistance. John F. arrived on time. He checked out the issue and informed me the unit was in need of replacement due to Rusting out. He was prepared and had one in his van. John replaced the unit. When completed he took the time to show me the issuers with to old one confirming his finding were correct. This is a quality company you can count on. GaryC

Joe K and Ian They checked recent water pipe leaks and found my home has durapex pipes and brass fittings. This will lead to more leaks and damage so they advised us to replace all pipes in the house to avoid more costly repairs and the quality of our water. As the job progressed, they found corroded fittings and evidence of more bad pipes. As I had questions, Joe shared his vast knowledge in a way that I could understand.
They took care of moving items in cabinets, closets, etc. to make it easier for us. We knew what to expect each day which relieved us of stress. The team worked professionally and with diligence. Aaa city plumbing is who we will call.always.

I will definitely use AAA City Plumbing again. I had a main pipe leak and no water. I was able to get same day service thanks to Toshi who was willing to work Saturday emergency call and he arrived immediately and did an awesome job in repairing the leak and restoring the water. I made my appointment about a week in advance, then, two days before, I had to adjust the appointment day. They were very accommodating and rescheduled for my next available time. The day of the appointment, I was called around 8:15 to confirm that a technician would arrive between 9 and 10 am. Frank arrived in the promised window of time. I explained briefly, that I'd like to create a half bath in an existing closet.
Within minutes, Frank took all of the current plumbing into consideration and was able to quote the project. Luckily, the closet is in a very central location and neighbors and kitchen and master bath. My parents have used AAA City Plumbing several times, so I know they do great work. I will still do a little research and estimate gathering prior to selecting a contractor, but overall, pleased with the initial experience.
