Franklin and Shane did a great job and cost MUCH LESS than one of their competitors, whom tried to sell me on a $7k job. AAA fixed the problem for under $600.

I had an issue with my septic pump and couldn't use my water and was honestly freaking out, within hours AAA city plumbing was able to send out Shane, Parker and Jesse on a Friday, late in the day, on a holiday weekend! They fixed the issue without a problem and at super reasonable price. I can't say enough good things. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and I will be recommending AAA to anyone I know needing a plumbing company.

It was an experience, first having to do this ever. This young man was great. Whatever was stopping the tank up, disappeared when the lid opened, that was great. So Jesse I think that was his name, fixed the commode in my bathroom by putting in a new seal. Did a great job. Except for the door slamming.

Discovered a leak under the house, and after looking at several businesses online reviews, decided on AAA City Plumbing. Service was prompt and efficient. Our technician, Eric Lingerfelt, was professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything he was going to do to fix the leak. I would not hesitate to call AAA City Plumbing and request Eric again for any of our plumbing need.

Had outdoor hose bibs replaced in Nov 22 and there was a minor problem 6 months later. When I contacted them, a woman pulled up the record and was sincerely apologetic and in a hurry to fix the issue. Brian was dispatched 2 days later (the earliest convenient time for us). He showed up on time, was very polite, immediately stated that he would be taking care of the problem for no charge and got everything fixed faster than we imagined possible. Nice to find a company that stands behind their work!

Fast, friendly customer service from both the office team and the on-site technicians. They came out the same day and did a through inspection of my plumbing concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. The technical Tyler C. was awesome and worked overtime to complete the job the same day. This is the second time I have used AAA City Plumbing and I highly recommend them. Richard and Frankie did an amazing job on our house repipe. They were very professional, and even stayed late to ensure the job got done on time. They both have a lot of industry knowledge and expertise, and did a great job with answering our questions. We were very impressed with the quality of work, and excellent custom service.
