We worked with Rich and his team about a year ago. The entire process was great. We met Window Depot at a home show and set up an appointment. Rich came to our house, gave a very detailed presentation of the windows and options available for us. Measured all our openings, offered great suggestions (slider windows vs. Traditional for some) which we did. We love our new windows and have seen a drop in our electricity bills!
