Pros Plumbing & Rooter

My water faucets and showers stopped running on Friday night. After dealing with several so called rooter plumbing companies and having the run around and waiting and no show and one company asked me to pay $450 up front just to send their diagnostic guy over. I desperately called Pros Plumbing around 4 pm and Dan showed up by 6 pm looked at couple of my faucets and asked me where my water softner was he told me it had failed and was broken and all the sediments were clogging my pipes.

He showed me how to bypass it and just clean the faucet heads. He didn't even want to charge me and said I could do it myself and if I ran into any problems he would come to fix it then he would charge me. His honesty, integrity and knowledge just amazed me. Will do all my plumbing needs only with them.

My floors just started seeping at the horrid time of 11-12 at night. I couldn't shut off the water to the house because of the special tool required. I really tried. Freaking out, I called Pros. Someone answered right away and sent someone over within the hour. Awesome people! 5/5

On-time, professional, and friendly - I can't recommend enough. I contacted Pros Plumbing (Dan Zaiss) to advise me on a clogged sewer main. As a renter belonging to a multi-dwelling unit, I felt that the clog should be the landlord's responsibility. However, the landlord denied all responsibility forcing me to deal with the clog and copious amount of raw sewage which had leaked out beneath my deck.

Being new to CA I was unfamiliar with whose responsibility it was to clear the line and clean the mess. Pros Plumbing was happy to promptly come out and inspect the situation. Dan not only looked at the clogged pipe and mess, but he also inspected the entire sewage handling system. After evaluating the situation he felt as I did, that the line should be maintained (and upgraded) by the landlord.

He advised me of the appropriate Santa Clara County contacts and helped me understand how to best remedy the situation. Despite driving well into the mountains, spending a considerable amount time looking into the situation and thoroughly explaining my options, Dan refused to take payment because my situation was so outrageous (the messy details have been omitted).

He also offered assistance in explaining my problem to the county inspector if needed. His competence as plumber can be easily demonstrated from the many other positive reviews. Instead, I would like to speak to his integrity, which is not something you find very often. They will always have my business - thanks Pros Plumbing.

My weekend was interrupted by my gas water heater blowing up 5PM Saturday. Called several local plumbers. Pros were the only one to answer the phone. The say 24/7 and deliver. I shut down the water and scheduled their Sunday service. Came promptly at 9AM and ID'd what was need for my repair, removed my old heater, cleaned up the water in the garage. I set up a blower to dry the rest while they pick the heater. Later that afternoon, the install is perfect. Great job guys.

I can't say enough about Dan and the team here at Pros Plumbing & Rooter. I can tell you that they are very friendly, very professional, they show up on time, and work hard to complete the job at hand in a timely manner. When I hired Dan is was based off the good reviews, and they all are true. Dan is one of the best plumbers, if not the best plumber here in Morgan Hill.

One thing that really stands out is he is very personal, and takes his time to explain the problem your having, and also what he would do to fix. In all, he makes everything seem so seamlessly easy. His prices are also very fair, and affordable. I definitely recommend this company!

I just called Pros Plumbing yesterday because my sink had backed up and I needed a plumber fast. Not having any recommendations I went online and found Pros Plumbing. I called and spoke to lady. She was very friendly, helpful and scheduled for someone to come out. When the plumber got here he was very friendly, and dressed nice (not expected from a plumber) and he took a look at my sink.

He told me usually they charge $120 but said he would give me a $20 discount. I told him just to do it because I really was tired of dealing with this, the sink was full of gross water and was starting to smell. He brought in a machine and got the sink to drain in about 10 minutes. In the end I was very happy because my sink got to working again, and I didn't have to pay too much. I wish I didn't have to pay at all, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Thanks again guys!
