I purchased our original engagement ring from Nic years ago. I had some specifics I wanted, Nic listen to understand as opposed to listen to respond. I didn't feel like I was being sold to like all of the other places, he was giving me a real solution to a big decision. After searching for the perfect ring, Nick and crew at Houston Diamond Exchange blew me away with a custom design! The price came in lower than originally thought, a level of honesty from the team means everything, they could have easily charged me for what was initially quoted but said it cost a tab bit less than we originally thought. I highly recommend this place for all of your jewelry and diamond needs! My daughter told me about this place and I'm so glad she did. I was stunned by her engagement ring that I wanted to see what this place was all about! I wanted to gift her a diamond necklace as a wedding gift and she was very specific in what she wanted in the necklace. She wanted a diamond necklace with a halo around the diamond. Gili and his dog, Didi were very welcoming right from the start! Gili showed us several loose diamonds to choose from and we were impressed by his wide selection.
He said that the necklace would take about a week or so but he ended up having it ready to be picked up just a few days after! I'm highly impressed with the customer service, selection of loose diamonds and overall experience. I have 2 other daughters that I will be pushing to come here when it's their time to select their engagement rings/necklaces.

We came on a Saturday afternoon to look at various natural stones but we didn't find what we were looking for initially. Gili informed us that he would have a wider selection to choose from the following weekend.

These guys had great reviews so I scheduled an appointment. I met with Gili and he was very fun to work with. He explained to me what the qualities of the diamonds were and how they affected the prices.

I was looking for a place to sell my diamond jewelry and engagement ring so I could use the money to upgrade to a bigger and better ring. Luckily, I found Diamond Exchange Houston because they buy and they also sell diamonds and rings.
