They do a great job, not just in spraying for bugs, but also in communication (when they're scheduling your service, when they're on the way, and when they've finished). The service from Vinx is the best! I have regularly scheduled quarterly treatments and can request additional service at any time. We've used Vinx for a few years and always had a great experience. Our tech today, David Helm, was helpful in identifying a mouse problem in our backyard and put our minds at ease for future issues. He walked us through the proposed solution and even suggested some home remedies for smaller insect concerns. Would highly recommend.

Russel was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also very comforting and personable. Honestly I'm almost glad I got these bugs because I got to meet a genuinely great person today. Russel showed up to do a job, he didn't show up to get paid. That is such an important distinction and nowadays it can be so hard to find quality people like that.
