Two friends referred me to Prep-Rite Painting for staining my screen-in porch. Josh responded very timely to provide my quote. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and I loved his approach - extremely professional and NOT pushy at all (my favorite kind of sales pitch). He recommended the stain (I love it) and suggested two protective coats for my porch ceiling. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I will definitely hire Prep-Rite again for future projects as my DIY days are largely behind me.

We are very happy with the service we received from Prep-Rite Painting. We recently moved into a new construction home and are also first-time homeowners, so we were in need of some guidance on how to maintain our new screened porch. Josh was very helpful in giving us recommendations for what would be the best stain to use. He was very transparent, friendly, responsive, and professional with every aspect of our project.
The painting crew did a fantastic job and were very friendly and professional as well. Their attention to detail was evident, and they covered the entire area very evenly and efficiently. Outstanding service, beginning to end. Not the cheapest quote we received, but i could tell Harry genuinely cared about the quality of his team's work when he came to give us a quote, so we went with him. Had a large crew come and finished the job in one day. had 2 minor touch ups needed, he had someone here at 9am the following morning to fix it. I would highly recommend Harry and his company. Great work!

Prep-rite did an amazing job transforming the exterior look of our house. The crew was courteous, cleaned up each night before they left, paid attention to all the details and Josh visited our home throughout the crew's time at our house to check on things and make sure we were pleased with the ways things were going. I would highly recommend Prep-rite to my friends and neighbors.

From the first interaction with Karen Pappas at Prep-Rite the whole experience (house power wash, room painting, back porch painting, deck staining) was first class. Josh Landau managed the project from start to finish and couldn't have been more communicative and on point. Always returned calls quickly, always attentive. The entire painting team were professional, courteous and did a terrific job. Quick, efficient and high quality. I'll be calling Prep Rite for any and all my painting work from now on. Just flat out great.

I just finished using Josh and the team at Prep-Rite to paint my entire house and am very happy with the result. The estimate all the way through to execution was detailed and well done. They communicated with me well so I knew what was going on every step of the way. This team covered my entire home in plastic before starting any work. They taped everything.
They took their shoes off while in the house. The site leader, David, was on top of all the details and it was clear that he really cared about doing high quality work. They happily touched up any areas that I wasn't completely satisfied with. I am a hard to please customer and would say that these guys are the first painters I've ever used where I was actually pleased with the result. I've never used a painter before that I would use a second time, but I'm happy to say that I will definitely be using Prep-Rite again in the future.
