Anoldo was very efficient and showed concern about my possible issues. And obviously one could tell that by the organization of his truck. I would recommend him to anyone.

Manny came by on time. Asset my problem and told me I needed septic company. No charge, I will need other plumbing services in near future absolutely call them first. Plus very nice and cheerful don't see that much anymore.

Trever came out early and was very helpful giving us multiple options and informing us that our piping underneath the house wasn't sloped properly. He went ahead and did a pipe cleaning to unclog our drain at a more than fair price. He did it fast, was kind and professional. We will definitely be using CPI in the future. Service:Drain cleaning

We made an appointment, Oliver, called as they said before appointment and showed up on time. Thoroughly checked every area to determine where our water leak was coming from. Provided estimate as he said he would. Consulted with the company to give us an accurate estimate. 5 stars for all around great service. Ryan came out to inspect and service my furnace. He was on time and through. He explained everything he was doing and why. Offered up a couple of options for considering down the road. Price was reasonable for the job.

Trevor came to our rescue! Our hot water delivery line sprung a leak at the tri-junction which made for a complicated fix. He quickly assessed the problem, explained the fix, and got right to work. I had the yearly maintenance on the home furnace performed by CPI. I was blown away by the phenomenal customer service of the technician, Arnaldo. He was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and recommended additional products/services that would improve the overall home owning experience. Brannigan provided absolutely top-notch service! From the project estimate to the installation work, Brannigan's utmost attention to detail clearly demonstrates his commitment to the highest quality and pride of workmanship. When we asked questions about the work, Brannigan readily shared his knowledge and expertise. For example, before disposing our 16-year-old water heater, he removed the sacrificial anode to explain how it works and to show the extensive deterioration/corrosion.

We also give a shout-out to Amanda. Amanda's care and thoroughness in coordinating logistics, completing administrative requirements, and facilitating other communications was critical to ensuring no loose ends and the smooth progress of the project.

Chris was beyond my expectations. Am caretaking and part owner of a very large home. When an alarm sounded I had no idea what to do. We called CPI and had an appointment the next morning. Our CPI plumbers showed up in uniform with smiles on their faces and analyzed my problem. They presented solutions with costs. Within two hours our problem was solved to our complete satisfaction. We were so impressed we even signed on for their annual maintenance agreement plan! Couldn't be happier.

Great customer service, very polite, approachable and very knowledgeable in what he doing. I appreciate the time he takes out to explain everything he was doing. He took the time to go over everything on the invoice. It was so good he will be back to do some other repair work that he brought to my attention. I like that there was never any pressure.

Our leaking water heater was replaced the same day with a quick response by Oliver, who introduced himself gave us 2 estimates on a 40 and 50 gal. heater and got to work installing a new one. Chis installed a new emergency shutoff valve and completely replaced the under sink valves and hoses in our guest bathroom. Chris is a great tech and an awesome professional!

They were quickly responsive, had a workable solution, reasonable price quote, and polite. I have started the process to get them back to do the work. They came back in about a week and fixed the shower and created an access to the plumbing so we didn't need to destroy the tile. So pleased! Thank you, CPI guys! Ryan came out to fix the leaky broken wax ring under the toilet the very same day I called. He even crawled under the house to make sure the subfloor was ok. Thank you!

Plumbers are not going to be inexpensive but I do feel we got our money's worth! Our water heater went out and even tho' it was close to 5pm, they sent a technician right away. The few other places we tried would be another day or two before they could come out. We would have NO running water in the meantime. Technician hooked us right up w/running water, removed the bad water heater and cleaned up as best as possible.

Then we were repaired and ready for reinstall, he came right out, worked diligently to get us all set. The new water heater set up is much better & more preventive so we don't have the same worry about any leaks. We appreciated the good service we received.

Highly recommend CPI! We have used them multiple times for plumbing issues and always satisfied. Most recently we were blessed to have Corbin come out and assist us with a small issue. He exceeded all our expectations! He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He even took pictures to show us the problem and help better understand the solution.

We were dire straits. Big water leak. Had to shy water to the house off at the main. Could not get a plumber. CPI was super! They called me right back. Put us on emergency status. Sent a crew out to troubleshoot and then promptly returned and fixed the problem. Trever and his crew were respectful, listened to us and explained everything they were doing. Although we're not able at this time to order the service needed at our home, we were extremely impressed with Mr. River Greenwood's timely arrival, efficient investigation, and highly descriptive evaluation - all with the utmost courtesy and concise description of our problem. The resolution plan & process was presented in a manner that was clearly understandable and logical.

Mr Greenwood also convinced us to have confidence and trust in the integrity of CPI which is a concern when we've had no previous affiliation with CPI. They installed a heat pump mitsubishi. They are extremely professional. They did a great job. They are conscious of making sure there were no problems around the house after they cleaned up. These guys had a great attitude and I would recommend them over and over again.

Chris was great. I had a leaking water faucet on the house exterior. I asked to have it capped since it was in an odd place anyway, a prior owners brilliant idea, but it was negatively affecting the siding where it had been placed. Oliver and team at CPI were great! I had a pipe burst in my laundry room and they were quick to the scene and super helpful with the damage report for my insurance claim. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We have a new construction house with a tankless and the plumbing company that installed it made it so you couldn't shut off any of the valves to flush the unit for maintenance. Brenden came out and fixed the valve and added another one, fixing our issues. Was a blast to talk too and everything looks great!

CPI was recommended by ServPro. I was skeptical at first, because of the low rating and reviews. However, I was desperate so I contacted them, and surprisingly enough they answered the phone on a weekend. I spoke with (Abby) and she was very helpful and informative. Trevor was dispatched to look into the leak coming from my main waterline and he was able to repair it within 2 days. Trevor was upfront and honest about how much the whole project would cost which I appreciated. Highly recommend!
