We have had several Services completed by Reimer and they were all great. To start, Chris R came to service our A/C unit and he let us know at each step exactly what he was doing so we understood the process. Next, Mitch J came to look at our plumbing and complete a hot water tank flush. He noticed some erosion and rusting on our main pipe and quickly made a plan to correct the problem.

The next day Todd T and Cody Z came to fix the problems Mitch had found. Todd and Cody again explained every step of the process for what they were going to do and within a few short hours it was good as new. Lastly, Patrick D came to service our furnace and he like the guys before him was very knowledgeable and efficient in the work he completed for us. Our experience with every person from the Reimer company has been great!

My hot water tank broke and I needed to turn the water off to my house as a result of it leaking. Chris S. took my call right away and came to give me an estimate that morning! It was only a few hours before Chris L and Matt came by to install my new water tank. All three were very professional, took time to explain everything and were very efficient! My day started off terrible but Chris S, Chris L and Matt came to the rescue and my day ended great!

Zach Joslyn performed an a/c annual tune up. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked every thing from the air filter to the thermostat including the unit itself. He cleaned the air conditioner unit to make sure that it functions for as long as possible. I appreciate the service in ensuring the comfort of my home. Service:A/C system maintenance

Booked them to inspect my main sewer line because a few houses in my neighborhood had them fail this year. Kevin, the tech they sent out, is very knowledgeable and explained things as we watched the camera explore the lines. I'd feel comfortable booking them for any repairs I need down the road.

We chose Reimer to install central air in our home after hearing positive reviews from friends and colleagues. We were able to get a quote within a week and installation the following week. Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained the options we had available for a replacement hot water tank. Also, he was explaining the work that would be done and the benefits to becoming members. We had a laundry vent that was severely blocked. The vent ran up through the wall and over another wall. There was no way we were going to clear it. When we were looking for someone we could call, Google showed they had a great rating. We thought this was going to cost us a boat load to open two walls and re-run the vent line. Instead they came up with an alternative run that was extremely reasonable. Chris Reimer came over initially to evaluate the work that needed to be done and made the first suggestion, but since it wasn't what he did all the time he called Todd, who to our great surprise came over the same day.

He agreed with Chris and began the work right away. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable at the same time. Todd took his time and explained everything that he was doing. The work looked beautiful when finished. We cannot express how grateful we are to Reimer. Great employees excellent work. Thanks again.

We are new to the area. They sent Mr Marty to the rescue. He was the best plumber I've ever ran into and this isn't my first time with major issues in other states. They were on time, good communication, honest and most importantly reliable. 100% recommend to anyone who needs any type of ac or plumbing repair or simple work.

John Hammill came out and gave us a reasonable price for installation of a ducless HVAC system. He was very patient and respectfull in answering our questions. On a rainy, chilly day, Allen Border and his son Joshua arrived to begin the installation. They were prompt, polite, and throughly professional during the long day it took to complete the job. The two units they installed are working flawlessly, and we are very happy with the results! Will definetly recommend Reimer to anyone looking for HVAC work on their home!

I have used this company for a number of jobs (hot water tank, boiler system, now drain rerouting). The gentlemen are always nice and professional. The work is always excellent. I called on Friday 2/10/23 to inquire about a boiler estimate. Greg came Monday 2/13/23 and our boiler was installed 2/14/23 and functional in 1 days time. Nick and Robert came on 2/14 for the install and did a great job. Great upgrade to an HE boiler. Reimer made this process Amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone. Pictured is a before and after.

We had a furnace, hot water tank and sump pump replaced on two different occasions due to equipment failure. They were friendly, professional and experienced. Quick response. Explained everything in detail. What they quote you is what you pay. Highly recommend.

We woke up yesterday morning to a cooler than normal house. The furnace boiler was running but the house wasn't warming. We immediately called Reimer. After explaining the problem we were told they would call us back in a few minutes to let us know when someone could get here. A couple minutes later they called back and said someone would be here in about an hour.

Less than a hour later, Lou the service tech arrived. After running some tests on the pumps and electrical system, he diagnosed that the problem was with the relays that turned on and off the pumps and furnace burner. That is why we like Reimer. Although he said we should consider upgrading our really old heating system, he tried to repair the problem.

After doing a good cleaning of the contacts, everything began working just fine. He did no high pressure selling to convince us to buy new relays at $385 each (x2). Instead we were charged less than $100 for the service call and repair. This is why we recommend this company.

Thank you to Brett and Reimer for your fast service on our central air system. On the hottest day of the year, the response time was outstanding and greatly appreciated. Brett thoroughly tested our entire system, quickly narrowed down the burned out component and replaced it, and at a very reasonable cost. Within a couple of hours of calling Reimer, the AC was working like new.
