In the state of Maine, the act of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, often referred to as DUI or drunk driving in other areas, is specifically labeled as Operating Under the Influence (OUI). This offense takes place when an individual operates a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content (BAC) level of 0.08% or higher. William T. Bly is a 2000 graduate of Rutgers University where he majored in Political Science with a minor in U.S. History.
