Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced, and pointed out and explained to me the few issues that need addressing (which I already shared with my contractor). I would only recommend Cornetstone Inspections for home inspections - including mold and radon tests. They are the only company I have used over the past 3 years for pre-inspections (a 46 acre horse farm I purchased for my primary residence and all of my residential investment properties). What a great experience! We were having trouble finding an inspection company that met all the requirements that our builder (Lennar) needed for us to have a private inspection for our new construction home. We were lucky our real estate agent found Cornerstone! I am very detail oriented, so when I talked to Rick on the phone, he was very pleasant and answered ALL my questions which I appreciated very much.

They were able to get me scheduled right away for our preferred time and we received very clear follow up email instructions promptly after we scheduled. My husband and I recently moved to Florida and found the "perfect" house for us. Our offer was accepted so we were on the hunt for an inspection service. We were clueless. There are so many companies out there and although most services are about the same cost, I urge you to check their reviews! In my search I found several companies that sounded great, but when I checked the reviews, I discovered they were all negative.

Scott Farris came out to our "perfect" house and did a very thorough inspection of it. He was very personable and open to questions as well. He made sure we understood everything and we had the reports (we did the home inspection, a 4 point inspection, and a wind mitigation inspection) within 2 hours! I can't speak highly enough of both Cornerstone, who patiently explained all the inspections that we would need, and Scott Farris, for the great job he did.
