I had a fantastic experience with Victor. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue within 10 mins and had my ac system running within 20. He ruled out any other issues and even left me with some tips for keeping my aging unit as healthy as possible. Victor is kind human and would welcome him back for any future repairs. Exceeded my expectations! Especially after man a few other companies tried to fleece us.

Spectrum Heating and Air has done a fantastic job for us on several occasions. Over the winter, it was the heater. As soon as the weather heated up, it was the AC. Victor had done a great job every time. He is super prompt, professional, and thorough. I was very appreciative that he respectfully explained exactly what was wrong each time and explained what our options were. I have had other workmen "man-splain" things, which is annoying. But Victor was so polite. I was very grateful. He's now our Go-To Guy for HVAC.

I have a roof mounted A/C unit on the roof of our upstairs unit that had a bad motor. They came out the day after I contacted them and had the motor installed immediately. They also added 2 vents into our lower unit to balance the air flow in the main house. Both jobs were done exceptionally and there were no hidden or extra charges. Super nice guys! Very friendly and left our property spotless. They are now my go to company for any other HVAC work I need done in the future.
