Proactive Painting

We just had the exterior of our house painted after replacing the roof top. Ray is friendly, professional and easy to communicate. His team of three workers provided a thorough and detail-oriented job with regards to caulking, sanding and two-layer of paintings. The preparation work before painting started actually took quite some time in order to get things right. The final result is impressive and commendable. We would not hesitate to recommend Ray and his company to anyone who needs a painting job.

I recently worked with Ray and his crews, Jose, Leo for the exterior painting of our house. I am so so happy with our new look of the house. I've been getting a lot of complements from our neighbors and some cars even stopped for a bit to see our house. Indeed, Ray has a good and trendy eye for color scheme, and Jose and Leo did a thorough job, which I was very impressed with.

I can not thank Jose and Leo enough for their hard work. They did amazing prep work, trying not to miss any small area on the wall, and fixed every little spot. Although I was quite a demanding customer, they always listened, remained patient and suggested better solutions. Moreover, Ray, certainly is the professional owner of this company. Whatever he touches, it just becomes new and beautiful. Ray has magical hands!

I must say their work is flawless and these painters are the best working with passion. They just got me a new dream house! If anybody gets to work with Ray and his team, you are lucky to have them for your project.

Proactive Painting did a great job! David who is main guy I work with is calm and patient. They have a hardworking group of awesome painters with great attitude. They are all meticulous about their work. David does great planning and he showed great flexibility during the project. He also was very particular about making sure all work is done to our satisfaction and even his.

They are very careful about taking care of the walls, flooring and furniture which is super important for me. I think this was a big project, and they executed really well. Ray transformed my kitchen and repaired wall to wall seams in my ceiling a few years ago. He works clean, respects your time, and best of all, 4 years later, my kitchen still looks freshly painted. My ceiling seams so no sign of re-emerging seams! I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

To begin moving into a newly purchased condo I needed to replace the carpet and have the living room and bedroom painted. The painting to happen first was my goal and I was also under a time crunch. Luckily, I found Proactive Painting. I met with Raymond the day after a call for an estimate and two days later Dave started painting. Proactive painting did an INCREDIBLE job painting the exterior and interior of my home. From day one I had a good feeling about this company. Raymond (owner) was prompt presenting the estimate which detailed the scope of the work to be done. Starting the job on time and finishing exactly as stated; There was no detail left uncosidered. Raymond was also present on site everysingle day and made himself available.

His team was very professional and easy to work with. Finished the job quickly with out compromising the quality. Our home looks AMAZING! we have received many compliments from our neighbors.
