I had such a great experience with this company. My pool was cloudy for a few weeks and I tried almost everything to clear it up. Instead of potentially charging me hundreds of dollars Sam changed my vacuum speed/percentage and my pool was cleared by the next day. He also showed me how to work my system more efficiently and change a broken O ring that I had no idea needed changing, all at a very reasonable price.

Thank you Samuel! Pool Rescuers services my pool and has fixed several issues on my pool. When my motor went out they upgraded me to a variable speed pump and it is VERY quiet. I've had multiple parts on my filter fixed as well as various plumbing leaks. The pool looks amazing, no burning eyes and it's never had algae! They do quarterly inspections and service slips online which is great. You get what you pay for and they're worth every penny. Samuel has done all my work so far. Not to mention he is easy on the eyes too.

I'm a Realtor in Chandler and I just got into the business of flipping houses in the east valley and bought a house with a green pool that's been sitting for months. I called Pool Rescuers and on a Monday and told them I needed the job done before Thursday, because I scheduled for pictures to be taken then. They were able to accommodate my request and started the job on Tuesday. Ryan (the owner) and Sam the head Technician drained the pool and did an acid wash on Tuesday.

They were very professional and nice to talk to. They knew exactly what they were doing and what they needed to get the job done. They filled the pool up and fixed the pump to make sure the pool wouldn't go green again. The amount of compliments I got on the pool was great and the house sold very quickly. Samuel does our weekly pool cleaning. When we first started my pool was green, he cleared it out overnight. We could see results 4 hours after his visit and the next morning clear, then as a courtesy he came and cleaned our filters as well. He always has time for questions we have obtained so much knowledge we can now "balance" the pool ourselves but we still choose to have this company maintain it. You cannot beat an honest and ethical tech, Thank you Samuel.

Great experience. we had a salt system installed. I really don't know how it works but Samuel took the time to explain it to me and answered my questions over and over. Essentially we put salt in the pool and then there is a converter that makes water turn into chlorine. Samuel wasn't pushy at all he let us lead the conversation and gave us an overload of information making it clear a salt system is convenient not necessary. We ultimately decided to get the system installed, Samuel was quick, his work is nice and clean. I highly recommend this company, for any installs ask for Samuel.

I give Pool Rescuers all five stars for calling them on their pool store. I needed a certain part for my pop up gear equipment and none of the pool supply stores in the area had or even knew what I was talking about. I found the pool shop on their website and decided to call. I spoke to a field tech Sam and he knew what I was talking about when I described the part.

That day he was at the house with the part and I also hired him to install it as well. Job was done in one day and i didnt have to do anything. Skip the online pool stores and call pool rescuers for pool help.
