After the birth of my first daughter, Olivia, I had postpartum depression. I looked in the mirror and over analyzed everything I saw. I felt a disconnect between the person I had always been and the person looking back at me. I worked hard on my health to get myself to a place where I started to feel confident again, and then it happened again…
Enter baby number two. Amelia had arrived and so had another round of postpartum agony. This time I was more prepared. I had a boudoir session and it changed my perspective immensely. I looked at myself in those photos and thought, “Wow! I look so confident.” I saw my stretch marks and weight gain and realized, I don’t need to ERASE those things, I need to EMBRACE those things. That session made me fall in love with photography even more. I realized what an empowering tool photography can be.

Given the escalating pressure on teenagers to meet Instagram standards, my objective is to nurture body positivity through senior portrait sessions. Lesley did an amazing job capturing our family and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. As a new mom, I especially appreciated her body positive approach. I recently had a boudoir session with Lesley and she made me feel so comfortable and confident! I love the mission behind her passion and her gentle, sweet spirit made our time working together fun and not awkward 😆 Not only was the shoot fun and comfortable, but the photos are AMAZING!! She has a great eye for lighting and the images show the confidence I felt! My husband was thoroughly surprised (and happy) with them as his birthday present! Thank you, Lesley!!

Lesley made me feel so beautiful and so comfortable during our recent shoot. The photos were a surprise for my man and he is in total awe 😍 I couldn't have received a better reaction and, a huge bonus, I've never felt more confident. The hardcover book is of amazing quality, I couldn't be more pleased. Her talent is obvious but to top it off, Lesley Frank is just an amazingly kind woman and I feel honored to know her
