I couldn't more highly recommend this company. Everyone from Greg (owner) to the installers to the clean up crew was friendly and easy to work with. We replaced 11 single pane windows with impact resistant low-E windows and we are very happy. Going with a smaller business you get that personal touch, top rate service, and rapid response time. Greg has been doing it for a long time and he doesn't pressure or upsell you. If you are looking to replace some outdated, ugly, inefficient doors and/or windows and decide to replace them, call this place.

Met with Greg (owner) after getting quotes from the local well known companies including the one that manufactures their own in a local factory. Most of the sales guys did not really know specifics on their window but how their competitors were not good. That does not work for me. Called Greg, he came right out, met with my husband, went over options, measured and gave us a quote the next day.

My husband called him with questions and he was willing to match another quote. He came over, did the contract and put a guaranteed completion date of September (and would pay us if delayed). What a surprise--he called us just a month or so after the contract, the windows were in, had them delivered and the installer was here the next day. He completed the job in one day and did a great job.

The city inspector came out and was impressed with the quality PGT windows and how the installer secured the windows. It was finished nicely (caulk, etc.). The inspector gave it a pass right away. I read nightmare reviews about window installs and I can tell you that Greg and is team were awesome and finished 2 months early. Thanks, Greg and Carina B.

I highly recommend using All-American Exteriors for your window replacement. My 4 windows were put in 7 years ago and they work just as well now as the day they were put in. They fit perfectly and they slide up and down with ease. I really feel like I made a very good investment. We used All-American almost ten years ago to replace every outdated window in our house and I was nothing but impressed with the company. I most recently needed screens measured and ordered for a new house purchase and All-American was the first company I thought of. Greg came right out and measured everything. Within two weeks I had new screens. I highly recommend this company for all your window needs. Professional, prompt, and customer service is top notch.

We used All American to replace the windows in our home. They did an excellent job, on time and on budget. Mr. Wooten was easy to deal with and very responsive to any calls or questions. The workers were courteous and everything went smooth as silk. I highly recommend this company.

Have a rental property built in the 50s. Needed windows upgraded and replaced in 2013. They came out to look over the property, generated an initial estimate; revised the estimate when I added more windows to the bid. Their price was in line with other companies' bids. They worked around other vendors during the final install, but the windows were installed on time and as promised.

Once the renter was in, they promptly came out to make some minor adjustments. We have had no issues or complaints in the intervening period. Would highly recommend All American Exteriors.

Two years ago All American Exteriors replaced five windows in our Florida room. The installers showed up when they promised and did an excellent job. The windows fit perfectly and have stopped the heat from coming into the room.
