For over a year my wife and I have been having trouble with one of our garage doors. We had one other garage door company come out with no success. This week I decided to try Overhead Door. Early this morning, the spring on my garage door broke. Within hours Kendall Phoenix arrived at my house to do the repair. He explained the scope of work that I needed done for the repair. Then he got right to work. Even though it was extremely hot outside, he worked efficiently and got the job done in about an hour. I was very happy with the work. He cleaned up everything! I highly recommend overhead door and Kendall Phoenix.

The service tech Vonceil arrived at my house on time and greeted me with a smile. I explained the issue I was having with my two car garage door, and after analyzing in the issue for himself, he began making repairs. He was very knowledgeable and detailed exactly what the repair included. In less than 30 minutes the repair was completed and my garage door was working as good as ever. It's nice to know there are still people who take pride in there profession and deliver great service!

Trevor was very knowledgeable, efficient, informative, helpful and an overall wonderful person to meet. Overhead Door was extremely fast to respond to my inquiry on their website. They sent a technician (Trevor) out less than 2 hrs after they called to confirm my issue and he was able to get our door working again. Very professional and fast! Working with Overhead Door Company was great! Scheduling was easy and they were incredibly flexible, patient, and understanding when our plans changed last minute and we needed to come up with a back-up plan for scheduling our service. The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took care of everything, explained things very clearly, including next steps, and all while I was home taking care of my newborn!

The technician arrived on time, fixed out problem quickly and professionally, and provided great advice on maintaining our garage doors properly in the future. More recently, a glitch developed with the new sensors installed during Overhead's initial visit. The technician came back, quickly diagnosed and fixed the wiring problem, and had our door working again in no time.

To start, Dan is awesome. He scheduled my appointment and made sure it was confirmed and carried through. He also explained the process and answerd my questions prior to the install. Sam is amazing! He called me to let me know he was on the way and how many minutes it would take him to get there. Friendly face, calm demeanor, very knowledgeable and extremely skilled!
