Only way to describe the service and product would be - the VERY BEST! With my local restoration glass supplier going out of business recently, I was in a predicament when I needed 3 replacement panes for the restoration of a beautiful 1926 Tudor in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Brunell took care of every question or concern we had. He was even able to take an out of square measurement and cut to fit like it was always meant too.

I can't recommend these guys anymore and if you're in need of restoration glass, you have found the company with all the solutions. They even understand southern accents with minimal difficulty, thanks ya'll! Great experience getting a frameless shower door ordered and installed. Every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful, pricing seemed good, and they met their quoted (quick) turnaround time for the project. Very happy I found this place and will recommend to friends & family.

Two gentlemen arrived to make installations of three windows, two of them were removal of very deteriorated window frames and installations of new ones with frames around and properly sealed. The craftsmanship was of highest quality and both windows looked very professional when all finished. The third replacement was a window pane and that looked just as nice but it was not as involved as the first two mentioned here. I cannot emphasize what a professional firm Pioneer Glass is. David came out - same day - and was so detail-oriented and precise with replacing a glass pane on a cherished curio. My younger son had accidentally tripped near it, and as result his Nerf gun cracked the glass. Also, I had called around the area, and Dave B. was the one who took the time to talk with us, explain the process, and give us the reassurance we needed that they could get the job done.

We love them so much, we have two other projects they are doing for us! Thank you Pioneer Glass - we so appreciate working with you and the fantastic customer service! An absolute delight - they made a stressful situation melt away.

I had a very positive experience with Jake and Dave at Pioneer Glass. They were very helpful in selecting the shower doors that I had seen elsewhere. They were quick to set up an appointment to measure the space and also quick to arrange installation when the doors were ready to be installed. I couldn't be more happy!

I have a piece of antique furniture missing it's glass panel. I reached out to Pioneer Glass and purchased a piece of antique restoration glass. Dave was extremely helpful in guiding my choice. The glass was shipped promptly and was extremely well packed. It now looks beautiful in my piece. I highly recommend Pioneer and it's services.

My husband and I were looking for a glass shower door and large mirror for our daughters bath. Jake gave us a upfront general quote, then came to our home for specific details. Everything was installed very quickly. The quality of the materials is outstanding and the pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend Pioneer Glass and would use them again for any future needs.

Jake and the team at Pioneer Glass were great to work with. We visited their show room in Whitinsville and they showed us a couple of options we had for sliding glass shower doors, and the different rail designs we could opt for. Needless to say, their track rail design blew us away and that's what we chose. They also gave us a number of other options such as towel racks and hardware finishes and glass thickness.

Of course the brushed steel went perfect with our brushed nickel fixtures we had chosen, but what set these guys apart was their ability to deliver a two-sided 3/8 glass enclosure from floor to ceiling. We went higher than customary because we installed our shower head above the standard height, and we wanted the transparency on the back side of the shower to allow us to see the balcony that is on the other side of the shower enclosure overlooking the pool.

Finally their installation team was courteous, prompt, and professional and the craftsmanship of the enclosure was obvious when it was completed. We could not be more pleased with their product and the installation and we would recommend Pioneer Glass to anyone asking.

My shades are all from Pioneer Glass and Window Fashions. We have many different Hunter Douglas Duet shades that we have enjoyed for years, and recently my cats decided to destroy some of the strings. Pioneer sent them in for repair, called me as soon as they came back in. Nice price, quick turn around. The store us beautiful and the owners and staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend stopping in and seeing the selections for yourself! Ask questions. they will help you!

I contacted Pioneer Glass as I had couple windows with broken/cracked glasses, and a half-circle window that lost its seal. The job was not easy (according to many people I talked to), but they did a good job of replacing all the glasses, and on top of it, at a very reasonable price. If you have windows glasses that need to be repaired, I'd recommend to give them a call.

We've had glass cut for table tops and for custom glass door cabinets in our kitchen. The staff at Pioneer was courteous and professional. The turn around time for projects was fast, and the prices were reasonable. I will continue to bring my glass business to Pioneer in Whitinsville.
