Update November 2023. - these guys continue to impress me, great service all the way around. Matt had to come out a fix a stuck thermostat. He is a pro! Matt listened to what the issue was, thought about a solution, and then went about with the fix. Nice to have a professional who listens before jumping right in. And, as an extra benefit to me, he identified a return vent cover which the builder had originally installed upside down, and flipped it around. And, Matt educated me on a feature of the system which i had forgotten existed. VALUE ADD!

My phone call into 888 was handled pleasantly and professionally. A confidence builder right out of the gate when the person answering the phone knows her job and immediately sets an appointment schedule. Kyle was scheduled to arrive at my house and did so right on time. Again, a professional who knows what he is talking about and was able to present me options to our needs and budget.

The installation date was set and since I had waited too long to find the best AC installer, install was going to occur a few days after our move in. Kyle set a no later than date but also put us on a waiting list in case an opening occurred. The day prior to our closing, Kyle let me know that they can be at my house the next day. Great news with temperatures in the 90s!

My wife and I were delayed at closing so 888 actually began the AC installation prior to us even getting back to our new home (We coordinated with the superintendent for house access). Both installation technicians were great. A few hours later we had a fully operational air conditioner. Garrett, the company owner, also stopped over to ensure everything was perfect, which it was. From the initial office contact to the arrival of the technician and his final assessments. I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness to detail. The technician was able to address the initial concerns and provided us with pictures and details of what needed to be done immediately and what could be done later. We used his service for the immediate concern and are weighing are options for replacements, which are costly. He was honest and informed us that 888 wasn't on the low end or the high end of costs. I appreciated that. Overall I had a satisfactory experience with this company.

Great job Kyle and the technicians. They have done an excellent job with the removal of the old furnace and ac and installing the new units. Communication was excellent, they have been on time, very professional and knowledgeable, have done a clean job, explained how everything worked, how to program the thermostat, and answered all of our questions with lots of patience.

Overall we are very pleased with their work and the warranty on the units. We purchased the units a month ago and they are running well, smooth and quite. Thank you everyone for your great job.

Matt B. spent 8 hours over two visits trying to fix my AC unit before determining that it was broken and we needed a new one. He was methodical and totally determined to fix it. I really appreciated his dedication (despite random rain storms) and completely understood the need for a new one after he walked me through what he did and what was broken. 888 came back a few days later to replace the unit. They were always so professional and wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!

The entire team at 888 was absolutely fantastic! I interviewed and received bids from 7 HVAC companies before ending up with them. I went with 888 because they truly took their time in the bidding process. They were the ONLY company to do a load test without me asking. The bid process took about 2 hours. The day of the install everything went very smoothly.

They took my system from 1985 and brought me right to 2020! The entire crew was professional and took the time to explain what they were doing along the way. I am looking forward to seeing how the annual maintenance program goes with the company and will report an other review year on their progress. I purchased my system BEFORE Garrett took over but he's the one who keeps it running and me informed. Xcel blew out my system yesterday in the excessive heat. Garrett was here bright and early, did the fix and got us both on our way. This is someone I trust and so I trust his company too.
They even do extras on the annual tuneup call, things I cannot do myself anymore. One bit of security in this uncertain world is really nice.
