Aaron founded Wyandotte Apartments - a multi-family real estate investment company specializing in the Kansas City Midtown market - in 2003. After realizing the need for quality third-party brokerage services in the multi-family sector, Aaron founded Clemons Real Estate. Audrey oversees our commercial agents and maintains an active role in acquisitions, redevelopment, strategic planning, and investment.

His goal was to breathe new life into buildings which had been neglected or run down, in turn increasing the number of quality living spaces in the community. Audrey Navarro joined her brother Aaron in 2015, bringing years of successful commercial brokerage experience.

Apartment was filthy when we moved in, many things broken upon move in that they refused to fix. Repeated issues with maintenance and parking. Management is unwilling or unable to assist with simple issues such as updating lease after a name change.

I've been with Clemons for two years now and I've had a great experience with them so far. I have lived at a Clemons property for about a year now after they took over our property management for our building. The staff is fast and responsive to maintenance and any questions I’ve had about contracts. Our rent is very reasonable and the staff is very kind. They provide some resident events that are a lot of fun to have interactions with other residents. Nothing but good things to say.

As a first time renter, I had a lot of questions and Chelsea (my property manager) has been so helpful throughout the entire process. I have now lived at a Clemons property for over a year now and I could not have had a better experience. Everyone is so accommodating and quick to respond to any issues and/or concerns. They also offer an app for their residents to use, making it so easy to make a payment or file a maintenance request.
