I called O & E because, during the freeze, our outdoor tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. We were given a timely appointment and the technician who came, Alex Baldelamar, was polite, knowledgable and forthright; he explained our options, including what we could do ourselves. We would not hesitate to call O & E for any future plumbing problems, and recommend them without reservation.

I needed to have a gas line moved to install our new wall mount oven. O&M showed up, took a look at the setup, and was done within 2 hours. The entire time the rep was consultative and thourough in how he communicated what needed to be done properly. After install, the connections were tested for any leaks and all is well in our kitchen again in time for the holidays. Pumpkin bread never smelled so good. If you have something you need done right the first time just call these guys and check it off your list. Solid company with exceptional care for their customers.

We had a shower valve break and could not turn off the water. luckily got the outside water to the house turned off. They were able to send someone out same morning to deal with repair. Ben was on time, professional, thorough in explanation of what had happened and the repair he made! Staff was also extremely professional! Will definitely use again!

I have used Ben and O&M twice: first to unclog my kitchen pipes and then to replace a water heater and expansion tank that were damaged by the freeze in February 2021. Ben, his office staff, and his team have always been responsive, easy to work with, and friendly. They happily answered my questions, let me know what to expect, and followed up in a timely way. Also, during the pandemic, they masked and took extra steps to ensure that we were comfortable with the work they were doing inside our home. Ben and his team showed up on time on both occasions, performed the work neatly and efficiently, and gave me good tips on a how to maintain my plumbing/water heater. On the water heater install, Ben actually came in under his original estimate. I would highly recommend Ben and O&M for any plumbing needs.

First time to use O&M and I was very pleased. I had several items that needed attention. Alex showed up on time, listened to my concerns, provided explanations & an estimate for each issue, worked quickly and left the entire area clean. Everything works fine now and I felt their charges were fair. The communication was great - the appointment, appointment reminder, status, estimates, payment receipt & followup - everything is well documented through email. Joseph Gutierrez took amazing care of us! We had busted pipe from cold weather he quickly identified and fixed it and was cautious returning water pressure and was good because had another bust while they were here. Quickly caught that one and took care of it. I cannot say enough about the O&M team, they worked to get us schedules quickly, were over communicative about timing, were right on time with appointment and did an amazing job.
