Incredible company! Trent is very transparent and the entire team efficient and actually take your thoughts into consideration every step of the way. The remodel only took 2 days! They were professional, up to code, clean and budget friendly. I could not be happier with how our shower, bath and floors turned out!

We had to redo our basement bathroom last fall. The installer did a great job. A few weeks after the install, we had a plumbing issue that the plumber said was caused by the installer. I called Trent to tell him about it not expecting him to do anything about it. I had no proof that the leak was their fault, and it had been a few weeks. Trent came and looked at it.

Even though he was sceptical that it was his installers fault, he insisted on paying our plumbing bill. It is refreshing to work with company that values their reputation more than the cost of a plumbing bill. I would recommend Mr. Dino's Baths to anyone. I saw first hand that they stand behind their work.

Mr. Dino's Baths was recommended to us by a family friend in Oct. 2018. Trent stopped by, asked us what we were wanting to do. The downstairs bathroom was original from 1980. We settled on a price and scheduled a day to do the work. The job was to remove the old shower and bring it up to date. When Ben and his partner had the old one torn out, he informed me that the framing was rotted and had to be replaced.

He told me his partner would be back shortly with the materials to reframe it and they would still be on schedule for completion, the same day. As I started to ask about additional cost, he reassured me the agreed upon price would not go up one cent. A completely new shower, basin, walls, all new fixtures, corner caddy, and safety bars that weren't in the original estimate were installed by suppertime.

I had to wait until the next day to use it so the adhesives would have overnight to set. No sweat as they did all the sweating. To this day it looks as good as new. Much less effort to keep it clean than the old tile. I really don't miss the grout. Fast forward, June, 2022. The upstairs bathroom was over due. We set a date and were ready to go when I had to call the guys off as Mom had an emergency trip to the ER. Things unraveled from there and we had to rearrange the bathroom situation.

Instead of a forcing a work around, Trent said Dino's would do whatever, whenever we were ready and without hesitation returned our deposit. I never brought it up. He saw what was going on and we had our hands full. The bathroom has moved down the list but is still on the list. It's more than refreshing to work with a company that actually put us first. Excellent work, excellent price compared to the other companies. I truly appreciate what they did to my old moldy tub. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. My wife picked a great company to work on our house. The reason they got our business was how honest no pushy and genuine professionalism Trent had when he first came out for the bid and after calling four other companies he came out again and gave us an honest quote and they did everything they promised.

Used Mr. Dino's 15 years ago to put in a bathtub liner and new walls for our tub/shower. Didn't think twice on who to call when we wanted to take out our tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. Two day process and did everything to our specifications. Very happy with the finished product.

Great experience with Mr. Dino's Baths - we had a deep soaking tub installed. Sales process was awesome compared to other vendors, straightforward and full disclosure on costs and installation process. Contractor showed up on time and work was completed on schedule. The original plumbing installation was poor at best (this is a 2 year old house), and the contractor went out of his way to redo the plumbing and support to do a professional installation. Very happy with the outcome and we highly recommend them.

Everybody at Mr. Dino's is professional and courteous. We have had one bathroom done and have contracted with them to remodel our master bathroom. The installation crew was efficient and professional. Pete and Trent also are true to their word, all the work is done exactly as wanted and they are willing to make changes during the project to acomplish the goal. Well Done!

After receiving four bids to redo the shower in our master bath, we chose Mr. Dino's for the project for three reasons. First, their bid was at least half the cost of the other bids. Second, the work was promised to be completed in three days (it was). Third, the work is guaranteed for life. We are extremely happy with the new shower. I would do business with Mr. Dino again.

I just had my second hip and second knee replacement. I did not feel safe getting into the bathtub and talked to Dino's Baths to have a walk in shower installed. Couldn't be happier with the shower and, Ben, the installer who came to the house and was a "joy" to be around. He is a perfectionist and everything was finished beautifully. We hired Pete and Mr. Dino's to replace the tub with a shower at my mother in laws home. We met with Pete and he was very helpful and guided us through the design process. After meeting with Pete, we decided to have his company perform the work. The installer showed up on time and completed the work in about 3 days. From start to finish EVERYTHING about Mr. Dino's is professional and honest!

I have been in the commercial kitchen business for 30 years and understand the amount of dedication and work it takes to perform an installation like this. The final fit, finish and seal work is that of a proud craftsman! His installers obviously take pride in the finished product. I would highly recommend Mr. Dino's to anyone thinking about upgrading their bathroom!

Pete with Mr. Dino's bath made a very frustrating situation work out great. We hired a company to do our tub and shower remodel at the end of March 2013 and paid a 50% deposit. Months later we found out that the original company had ordered the products to remodel our bath but was unable to do any work. We could not get a hold of them to get a refund or anything.

That is when I heard of Tom Martino's referral list. I got in touch with Pete and he was able to get in touch with the original company and get some of the products to finish our bath. So finally in August 2013 Mr Dino's bath was able to come in and complete the remodel on our tub and shower and Pete was able to get it done without costing me more than I was going to pay in the first place.

I can not thank Pete and his company enough for the work they were able to perform. We are very happy with our bath now and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.
