After a kitchen remodel and a very dirty (moldy) bedroom return, we wanted to get our units cleaned. Orya and his partner were very thorough explaining everything, showed videos of sheetrock particles filtering throughout our system. They thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and installed UV lights on each of our 3 units. Price is always a factor and they were very reasonable compared to other large companies who I got quoted from.

My initial response was to just clean our units bit an glad we spent the extra to get it done right. The UV lights will eliminate bacteria, viruses and future mold. Hopefully our allergies will get better and we'll notice better air quality going forward. Maintenence is key, and you get what you pay for. This was money well spent to know we have clean air in our home with our kids and pets.

These guys were fantastic. The answer the phone right away and return calls promptly, scheduling was easy, they texted on their way and arrived on time. Before starting the service they reviewed the terms of my coupon to be sure I understood the cost correctly. They gave me before and after photos of the chimney and chimney cap (we had them out for chimney sweeping and repairing chimney cap) so I could see with my own eyes that the work was done well.

Price was fair, work was quick and competent, and they stand by their work too. When one small thing came loose afterwards, they came right back to fix it. Honesty, competence, professionalism, and excellent communication. In any industry, this is the winning combo, and these gentlemen have it. A

The team that arrived to clean the HVAC system in my daughter's apartment (not being regularly serviced as it should have been) was very professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. One of the best features of this business is the 24/7 availability. The staff is very responsive. My daughter's apartment HVAC system was FULL of dust, dirt, grime, and worst of all MOLD!

The unit has not been serviced regularly by the apartment management as you can see by the filter and HVAC cover that is screwed into the wall to hide the HVAC main system. Unfortunately, my daughter landed in the ER a few days ago unable to breath, feeling dizzy, and with a massive head ache, it was awful; it was then I decided to investigate why and the HVAC was a big part of the problem.

I did not take my own before pictures of the Ducts, Furnace or Coil, but I did get a couple before pictures of the air filter that belongs in the Furnace area and the Vent Cover that covers the furnace area and those two items are mild-looking compared to what was on the inside walls of the furnace area and within the ducts. There is a VAST improvement in the air quality within the apartment since Quality Air Brothers came yesterday and cleaned the system/ducts. Needless to say, I will be taking this up with the apartment management. In the meantime, I am delighted to have worked with a company that I can refer with confidence. The picture of the Duct is the after it was all cleaned out, looks new!

Service was performed at scheduled time. Had an issue with the dryer hose connection. Technician came back out the same day to address issue. Dryer is working better. Overall good service. Would use again.
