If you need foundation repair check out Alpha Lift. No repair is perfect and no repair is a total fix. The ground shifts all the time. The best repair will reach bedrock and that just cannot be done with concrete blocks. Concrete will break around 3000 to 5000 psi unless it is designed to stand a heavier weight. The steel piers used by Alpha Lift will hold twice that much easy.
Also Alpha Lift uses a system that destroys less of your yard and almost unnoticeable when they leave the worksite. The crew that did the work on my house was Raquel, Nacho, Flako & Joe. They were very friendly and were very careful not to destroy anymore than necessary while working. Everything was cleaned up and put back where it was when they finished. Raquel, Nacho, Flako & Joe. Are the type of employees that are very hard to find. Alpha Lift can be very proud of this crew. I do hope they will stop and visit when in the area.

I contacted AlphaLift due to some concerns with small cracks in my foundation. Brent came the next day to do a free estimate. For various reasons to long to explain in a review, he said I had nothing to worry about and that the cracks are cosmetic and/or not any problem for the foundation. I am so grateful he was honest that nothing had to be done! If I do have any issues in the future I will be contacting AlphaLift again.

Brent was so easy to deal with. I'd been having foundation issues for years on my rental property in Texas and I'd always get the runaround from other companies. They would show up and inspect it and never follow up with an estimate.or show up and it would be like pulling teeth to get an estimate. Brent showed up, inspected my foundation.was knowledgeable explaining the issues to me.
I had the estimate the following day and work started the following week. I found this company and Brent to be fair on pricing and quality was excellent. Would totally recommend
