So I have to say. Eric my plumber that came in as incredible. So Ii tried to fix the problem myself and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Said he thought it as cool that I at least tried to fix it. Then he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't mind me sitting watching him and asking questions. I will definitely be using Hansen again. And I will ask for Eric again. That man deserves a raise. Nice young man.

Contacted Hansen regarding an issue with my AC in my rental unit. They were able to schedule me with the same-day appointment. The tech who came out, DJ, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Would recommend!

As a condo owner a state away I was looking for good local plumber. I called Hansen first. The contractor was easy to contact during after hours with the answering service, clearly documenting information. I received an early appointment the very next morning. Technician was on site by 8 AM. I received a text prior to his departure. Once on site the communication with technician regarding repairs and the cost was clearly stated. Technician clearly communicated the status of the repair after completion.

Service repair was quick (as expected) Cost was reasonable. I received an email copy of the invoice immediately after. Myself being a 20 year commercial service technician I can appreciate the level of service, punctuality and communication that I received for this repair. Thank you

Got a message to confirm my appointment and another to let me know when DJ was on his way. DJ seemed both friendly and knowledgeable. Had my AC back in service pretty quickly. Good service and reasonable prices. Definitely would use Hansen's again.

Our HVAC technician DJ from Hansen Family Plumbing and Air was wonderful. Very communicative about the issue and explained our options. This was are third opinion on our AC issue and Hansen Family came in the lowest by $800 and was worth it. Hope we have no more issues the season and if we do we'll have DJ from Hansen Family back out.

I scheduled an appointment with Hansen thinking I had a routine clog in my sewer line. The coordination was direct and responsive. My drain problems gave my tech Chad a hard time. He put in the effort to ensure I was taken care of and the bill still came in at a fair price. Kudos to Hansen for quality service. 6 stars.

We had Chad come over to our house to fix hot water issue in our shower. The entire process of contacting Hansen Family business for scheduling a visit to getting our water issues fixed took less than 3 hours. Chad was great to work with, explained exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. Definitely recommend!

Chad did a great job installing our heat pump (hybrid) hot water heater. When our heater started leaking right before our scheduled replacement, the team was very quick to respond, even on a weekend, to move my appointment closer so that we could have hot water. I would definitely hire them again!

Mark and Matty did an excellent job on our 3 toilet install project. They were punctual, professional, and made sure everything was spotless afterwards. Great service!

I had Hansen come out and install a new built-in bidet toilet. Their customer service and timely response out the gate were much appreciated when I was getting quotes for the service, and they were also the lowest price in the area relative to the other quotes I received. They had a tech come out, review my supply line and the new toilet, then they wrote a quote to install the bidet toilet.

The install process was a bit bumpy, the technician that arrived was not aware that it was a bidet toilet due to a miscommunication in their scheduling system it appears, and he was not very familiar with that style of toilet. The install was left somewhat incomplete, however once I brought up my concerns to the office, the project manager at Hansen contacted me, made things right for the inconvenience, and also got a tech to come out quickly to finish the job. Good recovery.

Hansen Family Plumbing & Air, through their honesty and integrity, just saved me $6000 in a necessary repairs. Another plumbing company came out and had told me that my water heater was completely shot and needed to be changed ASAP. He also convinced me to switch to a tankless system. The quote I was given was $6100, and this other technician told me that my tank could go any day now.

The next day I called Hansen Family Plumbing & Air for a second opinion. The Hansen technician, Mark, came in And diagnosed the problem. He charged me $350 for a simple fix on the system that now should last another 3 to 4 years. He could've easily made something up and charged me more. Instead, he was completely honest, and now has earned my business for life. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs

1/31/24 UPDATED REVIEW -- Almost 2 years later from my last review and I needed plumbing assistance with my guest room toilet this time. Robert came out again from Hansen Family Plumbing and again I am totally pleased with service, pricing and speed in getting a brand new toilet. My bathroom counter configuration was difficult and Robert was skillful and efficient in finding, ordering and installing the toilet under the counter -- all with a friendly smile!

I will definitely call Hansen again if & when I need plumbing help again! Robert was friendly, informative, trustworthy and efficient. Garbage disposal fixed and working beautifully-- also appreciated tips on how to clean and keep it working! Highly recommend both Robert and this company!

We have had three guys from Hansen's out to our house since we closed just over a week ago. They have been so kind and helpful with all of the problems we keep running into. For the sump pump problem, we thought we would have to use a different company due to our home warranty but when they proved to be a joke, we got to go back and have Hansen's come back instead.

These guys always remained professional and courteous. They were honest, fair, and completed the jobs in a timely manner. Hopefully we don't have anymore plumbing issues for quite some time, but if we do, I can guarantee you that we will be calling Hansen's. Update as of January 24, 2024: we have since had someone out at least 2 more times for different issues.

They are always quick and courteous. When explaining the problems, they are great about first explaining it in technical terms and then they explain it again using language I can understand. This company will take care of their customers always. Never thought we would be so loyal to a plumbing company but we won't be using anyone else as long as we live here.

Just for some extra info, they have replaced the faucets for the washing machine, replaced our water softener, fixed the sump pump, repaired a part on the toilet, looked at the water softener when we thought it was acting up again, and now had to fix someone else's work on the a/c unit sealing. Truly a well rounded company that employees extremely knowledgeable people.

This is the second time we've had Hansen Family Plumbing out to service our aging plumbing and we are again very satisfied with the quality of work and service performed. We have a 50 year old home and have hired other companies since our move from Colorado 5 years ago. We have found the best with Hansen Family and will look no further for our needs.

If I could give 7 stars I would. Our water heater started leaking at 10pm last night, and 12 hours later, Robert was onsite replacing it. He also diagnosed and fixed an improperly installed (by another company) recirculation manifold that was causing significant issues with our RO and calcium buildup in our water line. We couldn't be happier with the service and will only call Hansen Family Plumbing for all of our future needs.

This is an exceptional company! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy I originally had another company give me an estimate on a plumbing leak that was twice as much as what Hansen's charged. I am so grateful to have found a plumbing company I can trust!

I discovered my water heater was leaking late one evening and was very quickly given an early morning appointment. Nick arrived on time and worked diligently to make sure that everything was up and running perfectly in time for me to make it to my next appointment on time. Nick was knowledgeable and very courteous. A very good experience.

We recently had the water heater in our home replaced by Hansen Family Plumbing. Our Technician, Robert, was fantastic. Robert came to our home and recommended the size and type of water heater we needed. The water heater was professionally installed and we are very pleased with the level of service. Robert also did some under-the-kitchen sink plumbing work for us while he was here to fix a problem we were having with our sink drain. We highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing.

A friend recommended Hansen Family Plumbing for a minor toilet clog and the service was great from start to finish! From the customer service call with Lily (can't recall), follow up text messages, to Preston showing up on time to resolve my issue, everything went smoothly. Preston fixed our toilet clog with a simple diagnosis, educating me through each step and providing me with options.

Had a leak in our bathroom that seemed to be coming from behind the wall. Scheduled online with Hansen and they were out here first thing the following morning. Preston was professional and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the issue and realized we had a bigger problem with a leak that caused mold damage and needed restoration. He immediately got a restoration company on-site and ensured that I understood the whole process and who would handle what.

We needed to allow the restoration company time to do their assessment and file an insurance claim but as soon as that was done he was back the following morning to cut out the rusted copper pipe and install a new one. I felt comfortable allowing him in my house when I needed to leave for a few obligations. He also quoted me a price and assured me it would not go above that regardless of how long it took. I will call Hansen Family Plumbing again if I am in need.

Hansen Family Plumbing could not have been better. Very responsive- I had a rough quote and a free diagnostic visit scheduled within a day. Both technicians we dealt with were excellent- friendly and super thorough. And to top it off their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Our technician, Jerry H, was very professional and thorough. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and one outside near our faucet which he was able to pinpoint the source of the leaks. Tate was our technician and he did a fantastic job on our broken water heater. The area that it was in was hard to maneuver, but he did it with a smile and get it done attitude. We were impressed with how quick he came out and was able to replace it. It is a slower season for them, but literally he was here within 30 minutes of my initial call. I would highly recommend Tate. He was worth every penny.
