If you are driving thru Rappahannock, be super careful. They hand out reckless driving tickets like it is candy. I drove out there to visit a friend and I got charged with a reckless driving ticket. It was for a 84/55. I called a bunch of lawyers and read the reviews and I picked Sris to help me out. He did a great job. He got it knocked down to a no point offense and I had to only pay a fine. I got a reckless driving ticket in VA and I had no idea how serious it was. I called Sris and wanted to know if he could help. He told me that just because I got a reckless driving ticket for going over 20 miles per hour over the speed limit doesn't mean that I would be convicted of reckless driving. To make things worse, I was an out of state driver and I didn't want to have to come back. He laid out my options and let me decide what would be best for me. Best part of this is he got the charge dismissed. Sris you are the best.

Sris helped me with my custody case, even when it looked as if I had nothing to stand on. Sris took every scenario and incident I gave him and looked at it 15 different ways with just as many outcomes and how to handle them. You get what you pay for with this seasoned litigator and he is worth it as he will work hard to get you your desired outcome or as close as he can (after all, the judge has the final say).

He has litigated or seen probably almost scenario/case possible and with that experience, he has great advice to give and he always left it to me to decide how to proceed. Sris was amazing in helping me get my second reckless driving ticket reduced to regular speeding, allowing my insurance rate not to get raise extremely high. Before I went before the Judge Sris called me into the hall after smooth talking the prosecutor and told me it would only be fined for a regular speeding ticket rather than a second charge for reckless driving and possible license suspension.

His office was fantastic at getting me all the information I would need to have a solid case. On the route I drove into Virginia there was no warning that going over 80mph (just 10mph over the speed limit) was considered reckless but that is what I was charged with. About 6 years ago I was in an unfortunate situation at a night club involving an off-duty police officer and my life took a turn for the worse. Taking advantage of his power, I was falsely accused of malicious wounding. I went to Mr. SRIS scared of what was going to happen if I was convicted of this crime being I have a family to support and I would lose my job. My experience with SRIS is not but the best. I have been in the legal industry for 21 years and until now I have found myself in a brutal divorce.
