Joseph, was wonderful to deal with. He went to work and identified the problem quickly. Fixed in less than an hour. This is my 4th time using this company and it won't be the last.

Great service - fast appointment time, timely, and excellent service. Our oven broke down out of no where and we called appliance EMT. Our tech Paul was very friendly, on time, and clearly had experience working with appliances. We had to change the motherboard of a double wall oven. Paul provided a list of pricing for the job, ordered the part and came back 3 days later to install. The oven is now fixed. I would def use EMT again and thank you Paul!

My heating element went out in my dryer so I scheduled an appointment with Appliance EMT. Stan was dispatched out and was actually early! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an incredibly timely manner. I'm very pleased with the service he provided and will use Appliance EMT for any future needs.

Paul was amazing! He was timely, communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. A rental property washing machine was leaking and he diagnosed and repaired the issue in under an hour. I would highly recommend him.

I had a terrible noise coming out of my refrigerator and initially had called a DIFFERENT company to come out. The technician told me to remove my icemaker and see what happened. So I paid the fee and he left. Of course the noise started back up immediately. So I called again to have him come back out. The morning of the appointment they called me to say that he was sick and they could not get me in until five days later. So, I called Appliance EMT.

They got me in the next morning. Ivan came to my home and diagnosed the problem within five minutes. He left to get the right part, came right back and installed it. I have never heard the noise again! Ivan was so nice, knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend Appliance EMT.

I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator not dispensing water and gave these guys a call. Dimitri is the man, he was very communicative and worked fast and efficiently as well. If you need your appliance repaired give these guys a call. He told me exactly what I needed to fix my issue and nothing more. He was very transparent about the price to repair and even let me know what I did not need to save me some money in the long run unlike some of the other companies I reached out to.

We had issues with our ice make. Daniel came out. He was on time and communicated when he was on his way. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem. He came back 2 days later when the part came in and installed it. Less than 12 hours later, we had ice! I would definitely use Daniel and Appliance EMT again!

This company is extremely professional, and they came through with everything that they told us they were going to do. I very much appreciated the call ahead of time to let us know that the technician was on his way. The technician himself was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with Tips on how to maintain our appliance after it was fixed. I highly recommend this company.
