The average AC unit life span is 8 to 12 years, well mine was over 20 years old. My unit was unable to provide cold air due to several problems. Judson Dozier arrived at my home and saved me from an unthinkable hot summer. Judson was impressive, knowlegeable, patient and understanding of my situation. He set up the installation of my new unit, worked out a great payment options for me and all i can think of now is cooler days ahead. Judson Dozier, Thanks for all that you have done for me today. Zaul Hernandez, my technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. The type of customer service one rarely gets these days. He informed me of every A/C system check process along the way. He even shared a video of his inspection of my entire A/C systems. He communicated well and explained my A/C trouble spots in layman's terms. And he kept my property neat and clean after his work was completed. I'd definitely call him again for my future needs with my A/C.

My tall sloped ceiling in my living room didn't have a fan, so I called Milestone to see about getting one installed. Dylan came out to give me a quote, and was so prompt and friendly, explaining everything clearly. They were able to schedule the job for the very next day. Enrique and Alex arrived right on time and did an amazing job will all aspects of the job.
They ran the new wires in my attic, installed a new light switch, and got the fan up and perfectly running in no time! They were also super friendly and respectful. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows! So happy to have a ceiling fan in place before the hot summer!

I had them out for a quiet to run power from the house to a workshop and while there discovers that my 30 year old panel was a pretty big fire hazard. I had wrong fuses from past work that were arcing and melting the bus bar. I have them coming out to replace the whole main panel I a few days. The came out yesterday and replaced my main panel and did an outstanding job and quicker then I expected! I highly recommend them to any and everyone.

Cody O'Donnell, Garrett and Matthew spent over 12 hours doing our electric overhaul. Professional and knowledgeable is not an adequate enough praise for this crew. Their kindness to 5 year old who had a crush and followed them around asking questions all day was priceless. They stayed and completed job and cleaned up quietly while we went to bed. Rocky demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided detailed explanations of our plumbing issues. Despite me being in a meeting while working from home, Rocky took the initiative to explain everything to my wife instead of waiting for me. It's worth noting that many technicians prefer to wait for me rather than engage with my wife. Rocky's professionalism was truly commendable, and I will definitely use Milestone again in the future.
