Good people. Didn't need roof service but they came and checked out my roof. Very nice and friendly service

While they only checked roof after a storm, they were courteous & carefully inspected roof. Provided estimates for some other repairs but no high pressure to sign.

All was good, technician explained everything about the roof n when money is available I'll get the service he explained I would.

I'm still waiting for an appointment to fix my roof. The inspection was done last week. Fortunately, it is only a repair around the chimney and not an entire roof. The inspector, Bart, was very professional and friendly.

John Burley was a fantastic representative for Roofing USA! He was very friendly and easily accessible if I needed to communicate with him. The roofing crew is crazy fast! They did the entire roof in one day! I'm still giving 5 stars even though a patch of grass in the yard was wilted because something was set on it in the extreme heat. That might have contributed to it.

Being able to get this done through insurance saved me a ton and John does a lot of the work for you. I would definitely recommend John Burley and Roofing USA if you are in need of a roofing contractor!

I called the company to come out to inspect my roof for a leak that I noticed. They were responsive. Jimmy arrived 5 minutes early from the time scheduled. Jimmy was thorough in his inspection and shared with me what the next step in the process would be. He communicated with the corporate office and made the necessary arrangements for next steps in the process.

Very pleased with Roofing USA and the inspector (John B.) that came out to my house. After having to deal with other contractors, it was very refreshing to work with a group that was honest, respectful and responsive. John B. completed a roof inspection and gave me a honest assessment. He did not try and sell me something that we didn't need. Actually did a few minor repairs at no charge. Like i said I didn't need a new roof at this time, but when I do I will be calling back Roofing USA to do the work. Very impressed so far.

Roofing USA did a wonderful job. Tom and crew were professional and efficient from the start. Tom helped us with insurance and with neighborhood permitting. Jimmy Serrano was the agent I dealt with, he was informative and pleasant through the whole process. He made it easy to get this done. Even though my insurance company refused the first request, he went back to them with his information and photos and we got approval. He was on site during the installation. Today, Victor and his team of a dozen hard working professionals removed our old roof, replaced damaged sheathing and installed a new roof with proper flashing and underlay.

This well oiled machine completed the job in one 12 hour day, starting with safety prep and protecting shrubs and plants, all the way through to an admirable job cleaning up and removing all debris. A tree hit our roof as a result from the Hurricane Ian. I contacted roof U.S.A. day of the incident they were out the next morning to assess. Quoted and scheduled repair and were fixed Within a week. Let me start by saying, I did not have the opportunity to utilize the company's services. However, I have no doubt they would have performed an outstanding job on my roof. When I contacted the company for an estimate they set up an appointment within 48hrs. I had the pleasure of working with CODY. He was very professional, informative and VERY instrumental in getting my insurance claim bought by State Farm Insurance Company (that's not an easy thing to accomplish). Unfortunately, the two companies couldn't agree on total damage costs ( SF is stingy!) and I didn't have the funds beyond my deductible. Alas, there was a lesson to be learned. I need to change my insurance company!

I found roof damage due to a storm. Project manager John Burley was at my house and on my roof in 2 days. He was very professional and organized. He walked me through the insurance claim process. He even met with the insurance adjuster (back on the roof) when he came to inspect the damage. After the insurance was settled, Mr. Burley scheduled the roof replacement.
