Tim and his team at Northeast Office Solutions did a great job outfitting our new office at Sanford Temperature Control with furniture. All furniture delivered on time and in great shape. I had to close down an office in Southborough, MA. With only a few weeks lead time and no local resources to help, I was very lucky to find Northeast Office Solutions. They were very easy to work with on getting a quote and scheduling the job. They arrived on-time and had the office clear and clean within' a few hours. I had a wonderful experience shopping for office furniture at North East Office Solutions. Steve and his team were helpful with selecting the right furniture for my office space. The selections available were very good quality, lots of furniture to pick from. Delivery of my purchases was fast, in fact I got everything the next day after placing my order. We are extremely happy we found North East Office Solutions, as we had looked around at other places for used office furniture and it was discouraging. They had just what we needed and it all looks brand new. Steve was extremely responsive as we made additions to our order and then delivered on time. So happy to have found Northeast Office Solutions! Tim was quick and clear in communication, knowledgeable and helpful with selecting the right furniture. Don't expect a fancy showroom, this is a warehouse-style location, and you will absolutely save $$$ because of it. All the furniture was high quality and in good condition, I got an excellent deal on a name brand sit/stand desk.
I'd so much prefer to buy gently used or closeout pieces than cheapo stuff that falls apart easily. I wish I'd found this place sooner, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!

We originally purchased office furniture products by browsing the warehouse. Central Mass Surplus sells new and used furniture. We've purchased both and the used furniture is in excellent shape! For well over a year we have purchased several pieces of desks, chairs and filing cabinets for all our 7 branch offices. Steve, Tim and their crew are professional and friendly and reasonably priced.

I was looking all over for file cabinets, specifically 5 drawer lateral to replace old, broken cabinets we had. Everything I saw was $600 and up. We are a non profit agency and could not afford to pay this price. I was forwarded this link from our financial consultant and started to browse Central Mass website and was excited at what I saw. The exact cabinets I was looking for.
The price was right and I was able to get all 11 locked cabinets at one time, delivered. Not only that, they were nice enough to come back at a later date to move the cabinets into the room that I wanted them in. Tim also came back to lubricate the drawers so that they would slide in and out easier. I must say, working with Steve and Tim has been a pleasure.

I came here to buy an office chair for my home office. Tim was good enough to meet me on a Saturday evening. They had a good selection of office chairs available, and Tim was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone I know who is looking for office equipment, and I would do business with them again.
