Situated just one block from the beach, Residencias Sámara features nine premium vacation rental apartments. Guests can choose from four two-bedroom units, four one-bedroom units, and a studio. The properties are arranged in three tropical-themed buildings of varying heights, all centered around a green courtyard, a pool, and a relaxing teak lounging deck.

We have been coming for years to this fabulous town and the hotel had all the amenities of an airbnb: great cooking space, fridge, toaster oven, microwave table, spacious seating area and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Staff is extraordinary, the service is impeccable, the furnishings are top notch and the location is a block away from the Farmers Market, in town and a minute to walk to the beach. It's an exceptional place to stay when visiting Samara!

Hotel grounds are super clean and we'll taken care of. Rooms are all brand new, spacious and beautiful. Perfect location for any family looking for a cute hotel near the beach with a pool! It's walking distance to not only the beach but all the bars and restaurants. The staff was super helpful and informative. Overall wonderful experience. We can't wait to go back!

I stayed there last week for a 3 night stay in one of their 1 bedroom units. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. The pool was beautiful, especially at night. And the staff lead by Will, Lucy and Clea were unbelievably helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back. Walkability: Walking distance to town and the beach. NO CAR NECESSARY!

Everything was fabulous! The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. The location is amazing. A short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants and surf rental shop. Every attention to detail was made to provide our family with a great way to enjoy Samara. Paradise found! Rooms: Clean, comfortable and brand new. Nearby activities: The location is ideal. Steps away from surfing school. Fishing boats, horseback riding and taxi service are all available in town, conveniently near the property. Safety: Felt very safe. No concerns at all. Walkability: Ideal location- walkable to everything. Noteworthy details: The pool is beautiful and convenient to all the apartments. Plenty of lounge chairs.

Absolutely stunning new property located in the heart of Samara. It's location is perfect walking distance to everything in town. The beach is a block away, and there is a cute farmers market right down the road. The pool is an amazing place to cool off during a hot day. The detail they put into this property is unreal. Perfect for singles, families, and couples.

The best address in Samara if you are looking for new accommodation, close to the center and the beach less than 5 minutes on foot. An incredible French-speaking welcome from Clea, a very pleasant swimming pool and a perfect room! I have nothing to add about this stay, it was magical.
