I recently experienced an incredibly relaxing massage from Julia. My massage therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and tailored the session to my needs perfectly. The tension in my back melted away as her expert hands worked their magic. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. I highly recommended for anyone in need of some self-care and relaxation!

Such a wonderful experience at the Tranquility Spa in Cape May. Viviana gave me a fabulous facial using the best products. The hour long facial was cleansing, hydrating and relaxing. The staff accommodated our requests regarding time constraints. I would highly recommend Tranquility Spa and will return when I'm back in the area.

I have been to the spa several times. I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable, courteous was very pleased with the level of service I received and the massage was top notch. The yin yoga class taught by Liz corey really helped with my back and knees. She was attentive and conscious of my problem areas. Her knowledge of the anatomy and what will work is excellent! Went to Yoga classes ran by Liz Corey weekly. I found the instructor knowledgeable and easy to follow. The classes were both stimulating and relaxing. Plan on continuing Yoga classes as my work allows.

As a beginner with Yoga, my experience with Liz's class was phenomenal. I felt very comfortable and accepted, and I was surprised my body could move the way that it did! Liz has a very pleasant demeanor and is also very knowledgeable with the different poses, taking time to explain each one. I was able to stay with the flow of the class with Liz's guidance. I will definitely look forward to returning!

Liz is phenomenal! She teaches yoga with such patience and understanding. She is truly concerned about her clients and makes my experience a joy. I look forward to seeing her each week.

Caroline is amazing massage therapist. I was having so much pain in my neck and she was able to provided an amazing massage in addition she also gave me tips and recommendations to do at home and at work so I wouldn't be straining my neck as much.

What I loved about Townbank Tranquility Spa is the serene space away from the hectic clogged tourist spots. She offers sparkling water and cool head rest, simple details adding to my comfort. She listened to my body and asked my permission before trying something she sensed would help, such as cupping trigger points in my shoulders. I felt cared for during my entire experience.

Had a very relaxing session with my sister, which the therapists were able to accommodate for a couples style massage. Caroline was friendly, inviting, and professional. The therapists were thorough and comforting. Would come again!

Well deserved 5 stars. The place is very clean and the decor is classy and calming. Caroline was quick to respond and troubleshoot when there was glitch in online booking, so that is was not a real issue at all. This is going to sound overdramatic, but I really mean it when I say my therapeutic massage was the best I've ever had. I've tried around many different places and my experiences have ranged from disappointing to just "good".

But I left Caroline's feeling GREAT, problem areas well addressed, and results lasting way longer than previous massages. She moved me around in ways others hadn't to get to my trickier knots. She checked in from time to time about pressure/comfort but wasn't nagging. She was open to chat but also comfortable with silence. She's got a lifelong customer out of me now, and I've already recommended her to many of my friends and family.

Caroline is by far the best massage therapist I've ever went to. With neck and back problems she is the first person that has managed to find a way for my pain to feel better with her techniques. ever since I got two herniated discs in my neck I have constant pain. but not after I leave the tranquility spa. check this place out! highly recommed
