Lee was so very helpful! Not only was he on time for our appointment, but he was early. He was friendly and courteous. Lee not only explained the repair for the garage door, but showed me as well, pointing out the old springs that had to be replaced and why. His pricing was fair for the parts and labor. He went above and beyond to recommend a device on Amazon that would turn my garage door into a smart door with remote controlling from an app on my phone. Very satisfied with this company and his services.

I had a new garage door opener installed for over $900 by a different company after Christmas in 2019. Within 6 months the expensive opener started making a chirping noise. That company wanted to charge me to come do any repairs. I called Garage Doors Repairs & Installations to take a look and was pleased to find how prompt their service was, how knowledgeable their technician is and how fair their pricing. They corrected the installation errors of the other over priced company and all for just $49.

Cynthia and her husband are amazing! The have do e a couple jobs for me and it always comes out amazing. They always come out the same day for me. And he calls me back immediately to walk me through any questions I have regarding my opener, and I am 8 months out from my installation. The service is amazing and the opener he sold me is equally amazing. You will not find better customer service I promise.
