Best experience with movers I've had! They called before they arrived and gave me an updated time, very good communication. The crew was super quick and efficient. I would highly recommend! They unloaded our completely full uhaul in an hour. Without them it would've taken us 3 hours

They did an excellent job. They made sure all of my boxes were securely taped. They placed everything exactly where I wanted it placed.

I have used STI twice for local moves in Chicago. Each time I was extremely satisfied with their services and professionalism. For my most recent move, Luis and his team worked very hard to ensure we had a completely hassle free move. I had several special requests and STI was able to accommodate everything. Their charges are reasonable compared to other movers I received quotes from. I highly recommend STI and would definitely use them again.

We moved from IL to FL in July 2023. STI quoted a fair price and said it would take about 10 business days. While they were actually 3 days later than the latest estimate, they did provide a small discount of $25 per each day they were late. The crew (who delivered our items in FL) was excellent. Jose Luis Dominguez (and his co-worker) called us the evening before to let us know they would arrive the next morning. They were friendly, professional, very organized, careful and efficient. Thank you Jose and co-worker! You guys rocked!

We relied on STI for a BIG move from Santa Fe, NM to Duluth, MN. When we miscalculated the size of our shipment, STI was quickly able to provide a larger truck at a very competitive and reasonable rate. The guys who loaded, drove and unloaded our goods were professional, friendly and competent. They obviously really wanted the best for our belongings and for us as folks. We had a GREAT experience with STI movers. We had our items in storage with them for over a year and they were always professional and responsive when it came to billing and communication. Our items arrived in great shape. The delivery was flawless and within the guaranteed timeline which is not my experience with other cross country moving companies.

The driver, Wander, was incredibly communicative and just overall lovely to work with. His support, Javier, was also a dream. These guys hustle and couldn't be nicer. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

I have so many good things to say about my experience with STI Moving that I don't know where to begin. I'll start with my initial call to the business to get a quote for a small out-of-state move. I contacted a total of four moving companies. I knew that I had entered another level of professionalism when Nick walked me through the process and educated me on aspects of the move I hadn't considered.

I chose STI over other national brands because I felt as if STI was going to be a partner in my move, and not a vendor. I no longer felt that my move was small and insignificant. Thank you Nick. The ease in contracting and payment was super easy. THE PACKING: I was taking items from two locations - a storage facility and my home. I received a confirmation call the previous day and the packers arrived within the promised window -- Yah!

The speed at which they packed both locations has to be a record! They were in and out of my life so quickly, it left time for me to do a few other things on my list of to-do's I hadn't planned. I was thrilled when I got a call from the office that my items had a deliver date window of two days -- a lot sooner than we had anticipated -- Yeah! The day before delivery, Wander and Francisco called to share an estimated time of arrival for the next day within a 30 minute window.

And yes, they arrived within that window. At this writing, I have unpacked everything, including 30 pieces of framed art, 100 pieces of china and glassware, etc. Not one piece was broken. I have had several cross country moves in my lifetime and have helped my daughter with Chicago to San Francisco and San Francisco to NY moves. I consider myself a professional mover. This company has surpassed all others by far. I'm hoping I'll have another move soon, just so I can experience this high level of professionalism, care and kindness.
