11.22.23- company had someone come out late afternoon and get all the debris out of yard. According to a lady we've been in contact with, the drive was let go 11.20.23. hopefully not for this mistake that could have been fixed sooner than later. Neighbors are remodeling home and dumpster truck backed into our yard leaving a ton of debris and ruts in yard.
Husband called and emailed company five days ago (11.15.23) and no one has cleaned up the eyesore. Once our yard is cleaned, will definitely change this review. (not sure why I cannot attach pictures )

Its a good company. I like it very much. actually use to work with the company as a waste specialist. i went through a temp agency to get that job but it was pretty good there. from the supervisors to the workers and drivers everyone was professional and i like that about the whole company Austex dumpster actually take pride in their business.

Buyer beware. We needed a dumpster for a big clean out. I asked a lot of questions ahead of time and mentioned everything I was doing with the dumpster. House clear out with a lot of construction debris. After the dumpster was dropped in the wrong spot I called to get it moved and inquire about the sign on the side of the dumpster about not putting dirt, bricks, or concrete inside. Half the stuff we were clearing was construction debris. It was an unfortunate situation. In the end the job got done and AusTex made it right.

So glad that I found this company right on time! I talked to Courtney and she told me they can get out dumpsters as fast as the same day. Overall this company is very helpful and offers a great price for the amazing service they provide. I've seen their dumpsters out at construction sites but they deliver in neighborhoods too. I'm glad I didn't waste my time with the other dumpster companies I've seen.
