Called Super Brothers to replace a failing water heater that someone else had installed. And while I don't often write these reviews, Valentin the installer and all the people in the front office were just amazing. Very competitive pricing, but the courtesy and accommodation by the office, and the thoroughness and professionalism of the installer, stood out even more. Thanks all for making a difficult situation much easier to handle.

Polite, reliable and courteous technicians. A/C is running like brand new! Can't recommend these guys enough after calling numerous companies who quoted outrageous prices. I just wished I called them earlier instead of going with these other companies who did nothing but waste my time/money and try to either upsell their products or get me to sign on for a membership. I requested a visit because I was considering installing a whole house humidifier system. What I really appreciated was that the gentleman who came helped talk through the decision with me, explained a TON to me and helped me determine that I don't need this system. Rather than just trying to make $ off me on that visit, you have earned my trust and now if I have other needs in the future, I will be calling Super Brothers and no one else.

Superb Service and Quality of Care. From the Customer Service Representative named Eugene to Mike the Tech who came out. This company deserves 10 stars for the quality, and the time they sacrifice to come out to do an amazing job! My parents had a 20 year old Gas water heater that needed to be replaced. I wish I had pictures, my Dad parked his car in the garage now I can't get pictures of the beautiful water heater.

I will update before and after pictures soon. Plus this company doesn't rip you off! They do not compromise excellent service with lower prices. They are the best in town as far as I'm concerned. Great job guys!

They replaced my gas water heater with an electric heat pump, including routing electricity to the new pump, and took care of the rebates for me.

I recently have a heat pump WH tank replacement. The whole process is a breeze including permitting, rebate application and installation. Boris is the best, he works alone and manages to finish Tank and new electrical circuit installation, cleaning and hauling the old tank within 6 hours. It passed the city final inspect yesterday and the inspector has high remarks on the quality of the installation. These guys are second to none.

The work was very well done. Boris was very nice, professional, and explained everything very well. The whole process was very easy and I have absolutely no complaints.

Super Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC is a company with a moral compass. They provide the kind of service care and quality that made us feel good. My husband is a stickler. Lol. The lady (I believe her name is Gee, not sure of the spelling) I initially spoke to for a quote was very knowledgeable and was the reason I decided to go with Super Brothers. Andvii, was our installer. I can say he did a GREAT Job installing our new heat pump water heater. He is a perfectionist. He is the type of person I am always hoping will do the work when hiring out a job.

Complete satisfaction, excellent customer service and professionalism. I put an online inquiry into Home Depot late Sunday, May 26 for plumbing services. On Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day), I received a call early morning from Super Brothers Plumbing (Tony) to explain to him the services I needed. I have two toilets; one in need of repair (leak) and the other that needed to be replaced. Tony had an opening on Tuesday, May 28 that I had to decline so the work I needed to have done was scheduled for Wednesday, May 29.

I want to thank Tony for quickly setting up the appointment; clearly describing the work they would do; and providing me the cost. On Wednesday, May 28 Ray from Super Brothers showed up on time to repair one of the toilets and replace the other. I was very impressed by Ray. He was professional, worked hard, polite, and did everything that I needed to have done. He has an excellent work ethic and I appreciated all he did today, including cleanup. Thank you, John

First and foremost I would like to say that Super Mario Plumbing has been my family's plumber for the last two years. I have used them for numerous jobs, big and small, and I have always been very impressed with their work. They are very professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. The first time they came out, they even gave me tips on how to re-start my garbage disposal free of charge.

Other companies would have charged me a service call just to come out! After that, they earned a customer for life. Recently, when I needed to have a plumber come out, I went on Google to get their phone number. I was surprised to see the string of negative reviews that were posted recently. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company.

I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there weren't negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the "customers" that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my family's long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

Super Mario was referred to me by a friend when I needed to have a new hot water heater installed. Used photos to get quote which was in line with their own published rates (which are very reasonable). No hidden fees. Made an appointment for next day. installer called ahead arrived at time scheduled. Was courteous and professional (did not seem personable, but this is not a hotel front desk and like i said, he was very courteous and professional). Replaced everything, no cutting corners. Fairly new to Sacramento and to owning this home, but they have earned a place as the go to plumbers for anything that comes up in the future for my home.

My hot water stopped flowing all of the sudden a few days before I was going to list my home for sale, and Super Mario Plumbing saved the day. I figured I was in for a new water heater ($1300 !) just to get everything working again. Super Mario found a small plastic piece that had been lodged in the supply line and was blocking the flow of water and only charged me the min. service call fee. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me the water heater but didn't! That is true integrity!

Super Mario Plumbing is the best. I have used them for three different projects at my house. All ways professional, all ways timely, all way thorough. It's a pleasure speaking to Alex on the phone. I just text a photo of my project and he tells me the price. I really love using my Apex, drinking water filtration system that Super Mario Plumbing installed under the sink. Definitely 5 stars. I had an urgent (to me) situation involving a previous plumbing company not doing the job right. I had 1day off. I called quite a few plumbing companies and Super Mario was quick to respond, actually accommodated my schedule. My service technician was awesome! Timely, professional, personable and most importantly. He did an excellent job! Going to recommend to my friends and family!

Bottom line: I wish I had requested service from Super Mario Plumbing to begin with. After unsuccessfully trying to deal with shady contractors provided by my home warranty company, I opted for the cash-in-lieu option to fix my water heater on my own. I called around to get price comparisons from a few companies. Daniel was really helpful, outlined the options and the respective costs (not to mention the friendliest of the companies I spoke with).

Finding them to be the cheapest option of all the 5 star plumbing companies contacted (which including the cost of the permit vs. non-permit work of others), I booked them the next day. Also note, there are no hidden fees or up-selling with Super Mario. The technician, Peter, called 45 minutes before his arrival, arrived on-time, was friendly and did a meticulous job installing the new water heater.

When he finished installation, he walked me through his work and answered the questions I had. This is what service should be like. Overall, an excellent experience. They deserve the 5 star rating on Yelp.

If you're ever looking for extraordinarily conscientious & highly skilled plumbing pros in the Sacramento area (who won't rip you off), these guys are IT. I hired Super Mario for an installation of a commercial-grade whole- house water filtration system after interviewing pretty much every top plumbing service in the tristate area. When many seasoned plumbers hesitated to take on the project, unsure of how to work around my home's unique piping situation, & others wanted to take apart half of a wall to get the job done, Dima, Yura & Peter at Super Mario quickly offered an inventive, cost-saving, minimally invasive--& demolition-free--solution, and I couldn't be more impressed with their impeccable attention to detail & truly unrivaled workmanship. We have a sewer leak under the kitchen and I contacted several contractors for estimate of repair. Super Mario Plumbing turns out to be the best. They explained how they work, $99 for the inspection, which will apply to the repair. Their guy took the picture and explain the problem and what repair needed. Their charge of the repair was most reasonable so we hire them to fix it. The workers were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

From the very beginning when contacting Super Mario, Daniel was very helpful in assisting me to understand their process. His first bit of information that caught my attention was that the business was open 7 days a week! Outstanding information for clients that are full time employees. As it turned out, I was able to schedule a Friday morning installation appointment.

The proposed schedule was for the installer to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. While it was closer to 10 a.m., this was not the fault of the plumber, however, Home Depot was not ready to deliver the water heater to him even though arrangements were made two weeks prior to pick the product up this date. Upon arrival, the process went very well, very friendly installer, and the removal, install, and clean-up took slightly more than 2 hours!

There is no doubt in my mind that if plumbing needs arise in the future, the first call will definitely be to Super Mario! Thanks very much for a great experience with your company!
