We had the pleasure of working with Rotell(e) to develop our dream home in beautiful Berks County and would do it 10x over! From the start, Cyndi Yaekel, was amazing and guided us through the process during one of the most challenging times with COVID necessitating virtual meetings and phone calls rather than in person. My wife and I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Rotelle. Communication with Cindy and the entire team has been flawless to date. Any changes we have made to our build have been addressed in a timely and professional manner by Rotelle. I see negative comments on here and quite frankly, they do not concern me one bit. First I would like to thank Cyndi for her amazing responsiveness to my many, many, many questions. She was extremely patient and pleasant throughout the entire process. Secondly, I would like to thank Jesse for doing an incredible job managing the building process and going above and beyond - very likable guy, and Rotelle builders for delivering a well-built, beautiful home. I would have given 5-stars had they done a better job at grading away from the house prior to the weather turning. I will revise this review once the grading is completed in the warmer weather. My wife and I have been searching for a home to downsize to for the last year+ and we were lucky to come across Rotelle Builders. Our interaction with the organization has been 2nd to none. Specifically, working with Renee Pratt, her professional and responsiveness to our inquiries were fantastic. She worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs in selecting the right home design and features. Although we didn't ultimately purchase a home, we would strongly recommend Renee if you are looking for a designer who understands and works toward your specific needs.

It has been over one year since we moved into this house.
Here are our final thoughts!
1) the whole building process was one of the worst experiences ever! Starting with Cyndi all the way to Paul Farnsworth it was absolute nightmare. Cyndi is so incompetent in what she does. She is either overwhelmed or just does not know how to do her job. She was not upfront about requested information and Rotelle ended up charging us additional fees to make changes when it was Cyndi's fault for not providing us the information. She directed me to Paul Farnsworth and after talking to him, it was absolutely

Building Dreams - Mine is a Nightmare
MY ROTELLE BUILT HOUSE IS ROTTING FROM WITHIN
Rotelle Builders built my home in 2005. The entire house has to have the stucco removed due to poor craftsmanship and oversight by Rotelle.
The remediation is going to cost over $100,000. I met with the Chief operating officer as The President, Peter Rotelle would not talk to me even after I walked in, dropped off a letter and multiple emails.
I was told by the CFO that the house was built to specifications and codes. When I questioned why my house and my Neighbors house do not have a weep screed, which is required
