Pride of Maui provides spectacular West Maui & Molokini snorkeling tours from Maalaea Harbor on the island of Maui. Our morning tours include Molokini Crater and Makena Turtle Town, while our afternoon tours visit Turtle Town and West Maui reefs near Olowalu, not far from Lahaina. On each of our snorkel tours, we provide opportunities to swim with turtles and use snorkeling gear so you can stay underwater longer to have a more personal experience with the marine life, including Hawaiian green sea turtles. SNUBA is also available for the Molokini tour.
During winter, we offer Maui Whale-Watching tours to see the North Pacific humpback that appears in Hawaii's coastal waters from December through March. We limit our capacity for your comfort and a better experience.

My wife and I did the morning snorkel that went to Molokini. Took off at 730am and got back around 100pm. We would highly recommend this! The crew was awesome and took care of everyone at all skill levels of snorkeling. They also had snuba for the more advanced folks. But we got about two hours total in the water and saw a ton of wildlife and super super clear water. Can't recommend this enough! Also got breakfast (fruit and pastries) and lunch (burgers hot dogs chicken breast) with an open bar on the way back. Can't beat it!

Our family had an amazing time snorkeling Molokoni Crater and Turtle Town. The crew was excellent with getting us suited up and prepared to snorkel at both locations. The breakfast and lunch were yummy (seriously, the burgers were way better than I was expecting) and plentiful. Both snorkeling locations were excellent and my kids had a blast going off of the slide, too. This was definitely a highlight of our time in Maui.

We have now taken 3 different trips (dinner cruise and snorkeling) with the Pride of Maui and each one has been amazing. Our most recent was a private charter to spread our fathers' ashes. The captain and crew were amazing, they were all so attentive and compassionate. The front office staff (Rochelle) was equally pleasant and helpful! Pride of Maui has customers for life. Mahalo nui!

My husband and I had so much fun on the Pride of Maui sunset and dinner cruise. They had hula dance and Hawaiian music entertainment. Dinner was delicious, like a luau on a boat plus there's an open bar. We also got to see some whales and enjoy the sunset. A definite must do whenever you visit Maui. Make sure to arrive early enough to get parking of your vehicle situated. There is paid parking, where you have to use a kiosk. You'll need your smart phone for the parking kiosk.

Very Romantic cruise on the Pride of Maui: Maui Sunset Luau Dinner Cruise! They have everything covered from live music, appetizers, drinks, dancers, main course, dessert and of course a VERY BEAUTIFUL Maui Sunset! Highly recommend to get a seat upstairs close to the front or back of the boat for the best picturesque views!

My friends and I had a fantastic time snorkeling at Molokini Crater and Turtle Town on Pride of Maui. The staff was super friendly, helping us with snorkeling gear and ensuring our safety. The lunch was better than usual burgers and hotdogs. Special shoutout to Justin, the best guide ever, who gave us great tips on Maui travel. We love you, Justin!

We kind of blindly booked this tour and we were beyond impressed with EVERY aspect of it! The staff was amazing! The food was delicious and plentiful! The drinks were yummy. The snorkel equipment was nice. The boat was large and spacious with plenty of seating. And something they don't advertise is that they have boogie boards with a peep hole for kids who are timid about the water/snorkel equipment. It saved us and my 3 year old had the best time because of it and was able to see turtles! My kids also loved the slide! I highly recommend this tour!

Had a fun experience on our last day in Maui! I'm not the best swimmer so going on this adventure was definitely making me nervous. The instructors and tour guides were really great in explaining and demonstrating how to have a safe and fun time when snorkeling for both experienced and first timers. Had lunch half way through and drinks to go with it!
Definitely bringing the kids in the future to experience the fun I had here! Appreciate all the staff for being friendly and caring and making the end of my first Maui visit memorable.

(Late review from September - October 2022) The first time I snorkeled in deeper ocean (the very first time was way way back when I was much younger and it was at a beach on the island of Oahu). It was very fun and time went by so fast in the water, but exhausting after a while. I loved that they made sure everyone had a floaty or life vest and also provided rental wetsuit tops.

We went out for a morning snorkel trip and some whale watching. The boat was nice and spotless which is unusual for this type of vessel. The crew on this boat was the absolute best! They were so attentive to everyone on board and anticipated what you needed before you even knew. I can't recommend them any higher. Aloha

Fantastic trip! First time snorkeling at Molokini and Pride of Maui made it unforgettable. The crew was amazing with top notch hospitality. Boat ride was smooth and equipment fit our needs. Molokini is so beautiful! Food is great, too. Absolutely recommend! Bonus: We saw humpback whales breaching! The skipper said it's early in the season, so it was a treat to see them.

Absolutely unforgettable experience. I am so glad we were able to get this booked on our vacation. Kinu and his wife were excellent performers and servers. Matt was a great skipper and pointed out at least 20 whales to the passengers. Food was amazing. Service was great. Views were unreal. I was sad to get off and leave the crew. Definitely will be something that we do again when we are back. The performances and souvenirs were awesome as well. Again, unforgettable experience!

If you want to go snorkeling with all the amenities you need, I would highly recommend going with the Pride of Maui tour. They take you out to secluded coral reefs for an hour of water time. It's followed up by a BBQ meal and an open bar. It's 3.5 hours round trip and so worth it! They provide SPF 50 reef-safe sunblock (free of charge) as well. Snorkeling equipment is included! We had a blast and the ship crew were so friendly and knowledgeable.

Our family had a great experience on The Pride of Maui. The service was excellent. The crew gathered our plates, brought us drinks, served us cookies and helped us get ready to snorkel. The bbq served on board was actually really good. I was pleasantly surprised. We saw a lot of fish and there were sea turtles in the area, although we did not see them.
