Tree of Photography (T.O.P.) was founded by Jason Alexander Ortiz in 2017, based in Anaheim, California. Photography as a means to tell a unique story, capture unforgettable moments, and snapshot the candid emotions are the primary goals behind the artistic nature of Tree of Photography. I aim to capture genuine moments that extend beyond a single frame, rather a meaningful connection between the client and his/her own memories.

I wanted family pictures so I can do Christmas cards. I let Jason know and he recommended a park that had a great location. It was a 10 minute hike but worth it. The pictures came out awesome. He had a lot of patience with my three kids. Will definitely be hiring him again in the future. I highly recommend him for ur photography needs.

I had my maternity shoot with Jason and it was awesome! He was quick to respond and reasonably priced. He traveled to my desired location and had great suggestions and ideas during the shoot. The edited photos were received within a few days and the flip book was delivered within a week or so. The photos and flip book came out amazing! Definitely considering hiring him again for a family shoot! Thank you so much Jason!

Jason is extremely professional. He made it a very pleasant experience and is well-versed in what he is doing. Jason makes you feel extremely comfortable, which helps to achieve very candid pictures. He is also extremely prompt when it comes to communication, and is very organized when it comes to asking you what you would like and working around that. My graduation pictures came out great and I am extremely pleased with them. Can’t forget his flexibility, his patience and his always positive vibe!

It was so fun working with Jason on our first look wedding photoshoot! He was so helpful with how to pose, where to look, and what kind of photos you envision. We had family photos done, and we were so happy to see the results! Everything was professionally handled from booking, to the appointment, to the session, and the timely edited results. We have 2 small children, so Jason at TOP factored that in and didn't have us waiting, sitting, nor standing for too long in one single pose. He also accommodated fun or crazy pose requests, which made my 6-yr old very happy and much more agreeable for other poses. I will definitely be a repeat customer as our family and business grows. Highly recommend.
