I have had more causes to use water restoration companies than I care to admit. I have used several different companies over the years and have had excellent experiences and really terrible experiences. I have used 1-800-Water Damage twice now and have had nothing but exceptional service each time. They are definitely my first choice. Rob (owner), Max (Lead Technician) as well as the rest of their crew and office staff are the best in the business.

When I have needed them but they weren't available they have even referred me to other companies who share their high standards for service and professionalism. I tend to ask a ton of questions and both Rob and Max have been happy to answer every one of them. They will always be the first company I call for any restoration service or clean up.

Rob is incredibly professional, timely and fair. We found some mold and water damage in our drywall behind an old entertainment center. Rob came out within 24 hours to inspect it and had it removed and remediated the same day. Also did it for significantly less than some other quotes we received for the same project. Can't recommend highly enough!

I was very happy with the service I received. Max, the lead technician, came to my home when scheduled and did a free assessment. I feel like they did enough to ensure my home was free of mold and water damage. Yet they were careful not to charge me for unnecessary remediation. Their price and Analysis was better than 2 other companies I checked. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rob, the owner of the company, when payment was due. He too was very kind and professional.

My husband and I returned to our home in Colorado Springs after an absence. The water lines had ruptured, with extensive flooding on the lower level of our home. I called 1-800 Water Damage and with in a short time they were here to assess our damage. They are professional and responsible. They kept us informed with each phase of the clean up and demolition. Gary Rollins and 1-800 Water Damage are great to work with. Customer service is clearly a priority to them! It is nice to know that if I have a water damage emergency, regardless of what time it is, I can call the emergency number. Being involved in insurance, I have seen them in action, and have been very impressed. Also, I can not speak highly enough of Gary and his integrity & desire to help others in our community!

I had a ton of water in my crawl space (clean space, so it wouldn't drain). It was practically a swimming pool. They came out quickly, were able to accommodate with the equipment.they couldn't bring it down the stairs, because they were damaged and couldn't hold the weight. They got all the water out and the space dried, so there is no moldy smell. I would definitely use them again.

1800 water damage came to our rescue when we had a big sewer backup into our basement laundry room/storage room. They came out first thing in the morning and cleaned up everything. I was embarrassed by all the gunk and wanted to clean before they came out, but they said no they had machines to take care of that problem. They threw away what was not salvageable and disinfected the rest. Katie was very helpful and called often to see where we stood as other problems needed to be addressed.
