Professional, knowledgeable, punctual, meticulous and cleanliness- just a few adjectives to describe this company, Michael and his helper who tackled the water re-pipe of our two story home in West Miramar. Cape and especially Michael received high praise from the contractor coming in behind him to repair the walls and from the City of Miramar plumbing inspector I just can't say enough about MICHAEL!

Patrick did an amazing job on our install. He was very communicative before coming and had everything he needed before he arrived. Our pipe broke outside so we had to turn off all water to our house so this was an urgent job. Patrick was the first to respond to my call and he gave me a quote over the phone after seeing pictures of our problem. His quote was very competitive and even though he was coming from Tampa to Trinity he was going to make it sooner than all of the plumbers in our area. Both Mark and Michael have been to our house on four occasions for slab leaks. On each occasion, they were able to identify the underground leak and make the necessary repairs in a prompt and professional manner. They are very responsive and keep you informed during each step of the procedure. I highly recommend these folks for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Tom from Cape Plumbing came out today and installed our whole home water filtration system and I gotta say we were very impressed. He was responsive, communicative in what he was going to do, the finished job was top notch and he's coming back out on Thursday to flush the system so it's working properly. We developed a leak & I did research online to try & find a plumber who also did leak detection. Cape was highly rated & they were also listed in Broward's Best Pick Report. I called them & received a prompt response. Mike, one of the leak detection specialists, came to our house for the scheduled appointment. He found our slab leak almost immediately & he was able to cap off the leak to stop it as well as to allow us to have water.

The actual re-route of the pipe was scheduled for a few days later. Mike arrived as scheduled & completed the job. He was extremely nice & professional & he did an excellent job fixing our problem. He was also very neat during the process in terms of cleaning any dust, garbage, etc. I would highly recommend Cape for any of your plumbing needs.

Cape Plumbing was recommended by a friend. They had a tankless water heater installed by Michael V. of Cape Plumbing. He did a great job at their home. Our project was installing a new water heater but we also needed new water lines that had corroded going to the unit. (Our home is on well water) Michael V. was also the technician for us. This was no easy task. What an outstanding job he did! Highly recommend!

The first guy who came was Romeo A. He came on time. Very well mannered. The second guy, Michael V., who was punctual as well. He was very thorough with his explanations. He was very patient, very serious about performing and accomplishing his job to please and satisfy the customer. He cleaned the area very well when finished. It rained twice during the day he was doing his job, but he worked rain or shine.

Mark, the owner personally called me to discus my issue. He was professional and best of all accurate. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and like magic when he arrived for my repair his best guess of my issue was correct. He was able to pinpoint the grease buildup in my main drain line of a condo building, fix the problem and was very responsive/on-time and fast repair. I used Cape Plumbing for the first time today. Michael showed up early and assessed my situation. I had new counter tops installed and needed to have the faucets and garbage disposal reinstalled. The new sinks were different from the old ones and Michael had to cut pipes and adjust the alignment for the faucets and disposal to reinstall. He gave me a hard estimate before he started and we agreed on the price.

Fair price. perfect installation, and guaranteed work for 90days. He had me inspect each job and wanted me to confirm I was happy with it. I will definitely use this company in the future for any plumbing concerns.

I called them this morning had an appointment schedule for today with no problem. They had a cancellation and called me to see if I would like to be moved up. We all know how desperate we are when your toilet is clogged and you have kids. Margaret was great on the phone very pleasant and professional. Argenio (not sure if spelling it right) was very professional and personable along with being very knowledgeable. He worked very proficiently and got it working in no time. I never write a review but I just have to get it out there. Of all the service companies out there who promise to do the work within a budget and show up in time, Cape Plumbing is the only who has done this and I've been around a long time. Arsenio who was the plumber on my project is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, from start to finish.

He is a master of his craft, I had a leak in the wall, he detected it, explained what had to be done in understandable language. Arsenio put my wife and me at ease in a very stressful situation. So in conclusion I just want to say if you have any plumbing needs you have to call Cape plumbing and request Arsenio.

I inquired on Angie's List last night about a repair or replacement of my water heater. Cape Plumbing responded within minutes even after hours and had someone here first thing this morning. The technician came all the way from Boca Raton to Miami today, the day before Christmas to fix our water heater. The young man that came was Arsenio and he was very pleasant, courteous and professional and fixed our problem quickly and thoroughly.

He could have had me replace my water heater for $2500 but instead they were able to repair it for just $275 and it is now working perfectly! Oh and they replaced both my heating elements for the price of one when they could have charged me for both. These people are very responsive, professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. This was a completely different experience from other plumbers we have used so we now have a new company to call for all of our plumbing needs. Cape Plumbing has earned our business for the future so don't hesitate to call them for any plumbing repair as you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service. Appointment was exactly on time as scheduled. Arsenio was patient and helpful. He tried out a few different things to identify where the leak was coming from and thankfully it didn't end up requiring us to cut any more holes in our ceiling which is what we were hoping to avoid. Stack drain pipe leak at my house, so lucky to have called cape plumbing and talk to mark, the owner. He came right out and found the problem, came the next day and fixed the leak. It was by far not an easy job, but Mark, with some help from his great assistant Brian, completed the job in 1 day. The work was done and they cleaned up nicely, the price was less than I thought it would be, very fair. I would call them again for any plumbing problems.
