Justin and his crew did an amazing job! Communication, quick response time and the fact you cannot even tell they were there with the amount of equipment they moved in and out of the house is highly impressive! Highly Recommend!

Justin did a splendid job in ensuring he investigated the water leak throughly and identified the affected areas. He walked us through all the nuances of what he found and kept us informed of the actions he was putting in place to address the issues. He followed up continuously over next three days to check if we saw any other issues that he needed to address.

As an organization there were multiple people who were sent over to check and confirm that all issues were addressed including cleaning of the carp pet in the affected areas to my immense satisfaction. A big thank you to the team for helping me under the stressful circumstances and going the extra mile to keep me and my family at ease. Truly appreciated.

Daniel Glenn and his team (Mac, Jamon, and Cam) did an exceptional job mitigating my water damage. Through no fault of their own, the job was delayed and ended up growing far past what was originally estimated. Daniel honored the original agreement and he and his team took on the enormous task of not only dismantling my entire basement, but also tending to the contents of my fastidious tenant. Daniel managed the situation with exceptional skill, professionalism, and compassion. I hope I never need to use his services again, but if I do there is no one else I would trust my home to.

My family experienced a house fire recently and foremost, thankfully we all were safe. The fire was contained and our home was not damaged other than severe smoke odor. Being pregnant and having small children I was very eager to have our home thoroughly assessed for safety and immediately begin the process of clearing all smoke damage. Lead Technician Alex Logan was able to get Keith Kilroy to our home within only a few hours of initial contact.

Once Alex knew of our situation he immediately did everything he could to help our family and home. Alex and Keith went beyond call of duty to do necessary testing of our entire home to determine what damage had been done and guidance of how to complete the necessary work as quickly and efficiently as possible. 1-800- Water Damage gave me so much peace that we needed as homeowners and parents.
