No one ever wants their basement to flood, but I'm so thankful we found 1-800 Water Damage in the process. The crew from the Indianapolis 1-800 water damage were amazing. My refrigerator water line had a water leak that was unknown to me until it started seeping through my hardwood floors. They showed up and started the remediation process immediately. I chose to further use them to ensure my new flooring was installed properly and to finish the job. I highly recommend the crew to anyone in this situation. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage, Indianapolis Indiana, because they do everything to help the customer get back to normal following a disaster. They inspect, document, mitigate, rebuild and work directly with the insurance company. Called 1-800 Water Damage and Ricardo came the next day. He documented the damage with lots of photos and came-up with a plan on what needed to be done in the crawlspace and main floor. Rafael and his crew arrived cleaned-up water and mold in crawl space and removed wet flooring in closets, pantry and hall ways.

They set-up blowers and heppa filters in closets, pantry and hall ways to dry out the flooring and returned every day for a week to check moisture content of wet flooring. Ricardo provided photos and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim. Simultaneously, Geoffery was developing a plan on what needed replaced. It was very detailed plan divided into closets, pantry, hall ways with costs for demolition, reconstruction, painting and cleaning for each area. Levi took the plan and scheduled all contractors to do the work. Geoffery provided the plan and worked directly with the insurance adjuster to satisfy the claim.

I can't say enough good things about the team at 1-800-WATERDAMAGE. Geoff has been so patient and transparent with me; I started out from a place of distrust and being overwhelmed with significant water damage from rain seeping through my ceilings while my roof was being replaced and a pop-up shower hit. Geoff came out the next morning after I called (even though it was a weekend) and has been consistently available even and kept up great communication about progress, timing and what to expect.

I felt after meeting him that everything would be okay. Ricardo was equally kind, responsive and professional for the water mitigation portion of the project. We had an unexpected basement flooding, which we found out in the late afternoon on a Saturday (and we contained the problem ourselves to keep it from further flooding). 1-800 water damage had a great response, came all well prepared within an hour (despite us not in emergency situation any longer by then). They explained to us clearly what the process will be that day and the next few days and they stuck to the process.

In the meanwhile, they paid regular visits every day to see the drying process progress and rearrange the floor fans and de-humidifiers. They also helped dispose of whatever we marked to be disposed off from our basement after the main process was all over. During this time, they stayed in touch with us through texting for any questions we had during those few days.

All this time, they were very polite and professional. I highly recommend 1-800 water damage's service for anyone looking for restoration from water damage issues OR any other relevant services they might provide.

Although I have a lot of experience in home renovations, Ricardo and his team helped me expand my knowledge in dealing with water problems. They were super prompt and extremely professional! They dried out the effected area, and checked on it through the the process! We were very pleased. I did not know this but my insurance claims adjuster told me that remediation services were required for them to pay a claim. Hopefully I will not require their services again but if I do they will be my first call!

Everyone who worked on our project was professional, timely and genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been great! We had a hot water line come apart and ran for about 4 hours. By the time we noticed our house was flooded but once we called 1800waterdamage they were out within the hour. They also came and checked in everyday and have experience with the insurance companies as well. We plan on having them do our renovations as well. Could not be happier

I live on the second floor of a Condominium Complex and had water damage this past Friday night that started on my kitchen and it greatly affected my neighbor's unit on the first floor. My insurance Company provided my information to 1-800 Water Damage Company and Justin called me within 15 minutes and scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning.

He started the mitigation process right away, found the busted pipe, contacted the Plumbing Company that was also great and did not overcharge me for calling them on a Saturday. Then on Sunday, Justin returned with Ricardo and removed the damage floors and walls from both places and started the drying process. Justin, Ricardo and Noah were so qualified and amazing to us during the entire process that took five days.
