It's very hard to find a good printing service locally. I have in the past experienced poor customer service (terse or annoyed attitude, disinterest and even being ignored); poor production practices and serious oversights/errors; lack of attention to detail; poor communication. the usual frustrations, which can be particularly trying for a event manager to deal with.
