Excellent service, professional and prompt arrival on a Sunday. Technician Dylan(sp?) called to let me know when he would arrive. Once he took a look at the issue, he gave us a couple of different options for us to pick from both of which were reasonable prices. He completed the work and our garage door has never worked better and is so much quieter than it was. I highly recommend Veteran Garage Door Repair.

Nick B. did a very good job for us. Give him a raise. He was finished in 1/2 hour replacing the main spring. Then, he tested other aspects of the door - did some light mechanical adjustments and lubrication. So, Give him a raise. We had as door put in circa June 2014; we went with the extra thickness/gauge as the previous door bent with wear. The door weighed 110 pounds. Unfortunately, the main spring put in back in 2014 was only good for 90 pounds.
What it meant was that in the original workorder of 2014, the supplier did not account for the increase in weight when it came to the main spring. Now, the problem has been solved.

The best experience with a garage door company, ever. We had a spring break and I reached out to three companies. Veteran Garage Door Repair was the only one who returned my call, and they did so promptly. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend this company. They work 7 days a week so there are no emergency call charges. Jake came out on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. So nice that we didn't have to wait until Tuesday. He replaced the broken spring, worn out rollers, inspected everything else and said was good. The door opens and closes smother and quieter now. Thank you!
