I really liked using this company. Their customer service is outstanding. Our technician Josh was good at communicating and very swift with repairs. He was in and out in 30 minutes. We replaced my broken spring and I got some new wheels for the track. He did not try to upsell me on anything and was honest about The condition of my garage. Literally one minute after he left, customer service called me to make sure everything was great. In my opinion, it was fairly priced for what was done. That is fantastic service and I highly recommend.

Very happy with our new garage doors so far. We purchased 2 new 8ft x 7ft doors from them. They were able to beat a competing offer and willing to provide as much as info as we needed during the quote/estimate phase. The doors are working very good so far (it has been 2 days). And the work comes with a 2 year warranty, so we have the ease of mind that even if something breaks due to wrong installation or something like that, they will come and fix it.

This company is the best. They came to our rescue on the busiest day of the year. Of course on a weekend too. Unfortunately, a few days later the garage door came off the rails and they had to come back out. I was so grateful they did not make us wait a day longer. They sent the same crew back out and had it fixed in no time. Great customer service. We appreciate all their efforts to get our garage door fixed without the wait. Highly recommend them.

I don't normally write Google reviews, but these guys deserve one. My garage door jammed itself crooked on the rails, leaving it partially open. It was outside of normal business hours when I called Veteran Garage Door Repair and was expecting to have to leave a voicemail. Instead, I got a friendly service rep who had dispatch call me back and scheduled me for the next morning!
The technician, Sergio, was great! He arrived early, was professional, and thoroughly answered all my questions. He definitely knew what he was doing. Quickly got the door back on track and operating how it should. He even stayed within his original estimate for the repair. It was a great experience. Thank you!

After looking at reviews for several garage door repair companies I decided on Veteran Garage Door Repair. Called and was given an appointment the same day. True to their promise someone would contact me 20 minutes before arrival, 2 repairmen arrived, went to the garage, gave a reasonable bid and started right to work. Two cattywompous garage doors are now like new using the same doors. So satisfied and would and will recommend this company to family and friends. Very impressive experience. Great job!

I contacted Veteran Garage Door when my door spring broke. I looked for a potential repair service in the BBB and liked their company profile and the fact they didn't have any grievances against them. I contacted them from the BBB site so that made contact easier. I also went to their website and I like their company policies. They don't charge a trip charge, there is a no obligation in-home estimate and they don't charge extra on weekends.
They responded quickly and there was no pressure. The company was very professional and followed up with call to set an appointment. My repairman came out and did an excellent job. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Zack assessed my situation and gave me an up front quote and there was no hidden fees or mark ups added on. Zack worked quickly and efficiently.
He got the job done fast and was intent on my complete happiness with his work. He was very respectful of my property and cleaned up before he left. I am extremely happy with Veteran Garage Door, their work and Zack's service. I am so happy I called them.

I'm usually a DIY guy, but my garage door coming off after springs broke was one diy I could not do. I called in the morning and by the afternoon Codie E. was able to make it out ahead of schedule. Quickly diagnosed issues, gave a quote which was better than others and didn't charge a fee to just come out, and took care of the repairs within 2 hours. Absolutely the best service I've ever experienced, and I mean best service out of restaurants, dealerships, retailers etc. anywhere. strongly recommend this company.

This company is fantastic! Our garage door spring broke on Friday evening over 4th of July weekend. I called and was surprised they even answered the phone since it was almost 7pm. They came the next day on a Saturday nonetheless. The tech was professional, efficient and polite. He diagnosed the issue right away, gave me a quote and got it repaired in just under 90 minutes.
I wish it didn't cost an arm and a leg but it was actually less than I expected and the cost of home ownership and maintenance. Sergio was our tech and he was great. I'd definitely recommend!

This company is great! Very professional but still friendly and customer service oriented. Christian was an excellent tech to work around my mess to replace the spring, and add one, to lubricate the door, replace the wheels, and had a backup remote! With all the heat, he worked efficiently and thoroughly and was done in about an hour. I'm in NFtW Alliance area. He called to let me know he would be early and gave me a price right away. First time using Veteran Garage Door. I have finally found a company that I want to refer to friends and family. I initially called for a technician to come out and look at our faulty garage opener. After making an appointment, I immediately received a text with information regarding the appointment. Unlike any other service providing company, the technician (Sergio) was not only on time, but he was early.
He called to ensure we were fine with him arriving early, and was extremely professional and thorough with the inspection. While we ended up needing a new opener, there was no pressuring sales pitch. Sergio was very informative, laid out the options and was even able to come back the next day to install the new opener. Again, Sergio called prior to the visit to provide an estimated time of arrival and arrived at the exact time he said he would.
He completed the installation and again was very polite and professional. He walked me through the new system and helped me program the key pad. I could not be any happier with my experience! Great team. Called Friday evening to schedule a repair. Very responsive and prompt. My service tech Cameron is knowledgeable and precise. Replaced broken assist spring with two springs assembly and installed roller guides with bearing rollers. Adjusted door close and open positions as well as providing a silicone lube on all hinges. Company even provided a call back to check if we were satisfied with work and repair.

Called late last night and got an appointment for the next day. Trent called and said he had finished up early, came over and assessed the system. Turns out our existing system isn't something they service and is a legacy product that builders use which work but tend to fail and require maintenance. He was able to replace this with a conversion kit and 2 hours later the door is working whisper quiet again. Much appreciated the fast response and great service.

Excellent experience working with Veteran Garage Door Repair company, from very first interaction during appointment scheduling to working with technician, and follow up from company's office staff. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to repair garage door and return it to the working order fairly quickly. We did not had to reschedule after the initial estimate, since all the work was completed the same day. Highly recommend this company if garage repairs are needed.

Wow. I can't say enough about Veteran Garage Door Repair. We had the gnarly winter storm last week that knocked our power out for 4 days. Our garage ended up breaking - a bracket came off, the wheels fell off the track and almost hit my car - not sure if that's all the right garage terminology, but it makes sense in my head. Anyway. I called them Friday.
They set an appointment between 10-12 Monday. Joshua was on time. And he fixed my garage, and it's not even noon yet! To get a quote is free. I said yes fix it - and he was able to fix it there same day. He replaced the bearing rollers, screwed in a few spots, and straightened things out for me. The receipt was detailed. And he also helped me install a key pad opener.
And he told me the labor comes with a year warranty. My total was $260. I felt like I got a good deal, all things considered. I called a few other garage door repair shops, and some charged just to come out and give a quote. I'm glad I went with Veteran Garage, and I'd use them again and recommend Joshua to anyone. He's friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Also! Almost immediately after, I received a call from someone just checking to see how everything went. Great service.

We are very satisfied with the service we received today. From the very first phone call on Wednesday, I spoke with a gentleman, really wish I could remember his name, who was just so friendly and professional. I really wanted to get an appointment in the next day but he was booked and didn't have anything until Friday. Which I understood. My husband did have someone come out on Thursday and the company he called out was just so unprofessional and outrageous prices.

Veteran Garage door repair does the right things in regards to customer service. 1. You call and actually talk to someone without tons of automated call options. 2. They offer 2 hour windows and call/text when they are on the way. I've been given a morning or afternoon time slot with other providers. 3. They come and don't charge you a thing until they explain what your options or potential solutions might be. 4.

I was very impressed. I called when my garage door stopped working, expecting to have to schedule an appointment for 1 or 2 days out, but they came out the same day. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional and friendly. Not only that but they are super affordable. I'm so happy I have a fully functional garage door again! And as soon as the technician left I got a call from their office to see if I was satisfied with the work and service. The follow up with this company is amazing. Highly recommend them.
