We came home super late on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to find our garage door spring had broken. Saturday morning, we called VGD and had a technician out before noon, and repairs were completed before 1pm. They were wonderful and VERY affordable. Will use them again for anything to do with our garage and already referred them to a friend of ours!

One of the neighbors kids left a broom in the track and when I closed my garage door that night, it somehow messed the cable pull system on the left side up and caused the door to jam crooked. Veteran Garage Door Repair not only came out with 25 minutes of my call the next morning, but was gracious to use my brand new rollers that I had bought the last time I repaired my garage door. $313 to fix everything and it comes with a 1 year labor warranty. Will definitely be calling them again if my garage door ever messes up.

Theses guys know service. Called Keller office and had someone out the next day. Trent called me to see if I could meet with him a little early, don't remember if that has ever happened with a service company. Trent knows his business and took care of me.
