My garage door stopped working last Friday morning so I googled garage door repair near Denton Texas and found Veteran Garage Door Repair. To my surprise, they were able to get a tech out that evening. William "the tech" was very helpful! He explained the pricing of repair vs replacement. I chose to replace the entire unit and William had it done in about an hour! Also.
While William was in the middle of disassembling the old garage door opener, I found a water leak in my bathroom. William helped me find the water valve and turned it off. From the initial call to set the appointment to the tech completing the work, I had a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Had them install a new double garage door and new openers on the double and a single door about a year ago. Today they returned as the double wasn't closing properly. Small adjustment and lube, and all is well. We are amazed, as are friends, at how quiet and smoothly the doors operate. An email yesterday resulted in an appointment and repair today. My garage door went off track and I called veteran garage door they came out and fixed it the same day at a reasonable price. About 30 days later the garage door was off balance and came off the track I called them again and fixed it the same day at no cost to me. They guarantee their work and get it done quickly and efficiently. Cameron the service technician was professional, courteous and experienced. I would definitely recommend veteran garage door.

Tech showed up on time. He was extremely kind and professional. My torsion spring was broken and required to be fixed. When finished, the tech rebuilt one bracket and inserted sheet metal screws for free. Excellent service for the cost! I hope their business has been doing well for a long time. I will certainly tell my family and friends about them.

7 years later and I can still gladly support this business. We're in a different home now and recently had an emergency situation with the garage door. I contacted Veteran Garage Door and they sent someone out within two hours. Still courteous, informative and reasonably priced. After the emergency fix, we decided to replace the whole door. Scheduling, ordering and installation was completed in a timely manner. I didn't get additional quotes for the garage door replacement but I feel the price was fair and reasonable.

I called Veteran for a problem with my garage door. Andy D responded on time and after a quick assessment, identified the problem. Repair was quick and efficient. When I called to schedule the consult whoever answered was very friendly and was able to get me an appointment just a few hours later. Andy D. came out to do a thorough estimate and spent plenty of time here taking pictures and explaining the process to me, along with the estimate and other options.
